How To Take Homeopathic Medication

Homeopathics have been around for over 150 years and we have about 1500 different formulations for homeopathics. And what I love about them is that they're so safe so you, you could take them without having to be worried for any kind of side effects. I love to prescribe homeopathic medication, especially after surgery. My favorite is Arnica Montana, and it's a great recommended homeopathic medication for bruising and swelling after any kind of surgery, really. So I have a tube right here to show you what it looks like. You can actually find this tube at any pharmacy or even at Whole Foods, at any kind of drugstore. Just ask them for the homeopathic section. So once you buy this tube, what you find inside is actually little sugar pellets so it tastes good. And the way to dispense them is to rotate the cap five times so you're gonna see the little white pellets actually dropping at the bottom. So once you have five pellets, what you want to do is remove the cap without touching any of the pellets inside and just put them under your tongue and you can actually talk even if they're in your mouth and nobody will notice. So very important to take your homeopathic medications three to four times a day, especially after your procedure. You don't necessarily need to start prior to your procedure.
