You know, the nice thing about the veggie meal is that it's a full meal replacement. It's not just a protein shake. A protein shake, basically, a lot of times has, let's say, whey protein, pea protein, but it doesn't really have a full nutritional value. The veggie meal, hence a meal, actually has antioxidant, it has fiber, it has all the nutrients you'd want to get in a meal. How do we make that? I first like to add the water and about 8 to 10 ounces, depending how thick you want your smoothie. Of course, you can also add, this is co milk. You can do almond milk. Make sure it's unsweetened though. Add a full scoop of the veggie meal, cover it and shake it. Give it maybe like 20 shakes. It's one gram of sugar and you can take it on the go. Oftentimes I drink this in the morning, so I replace my first meal of the morning. I eat a sensible lunch and dinner, but by all means, if you want to change that around and have your breakfast, your lunch and then eat this at dinner, whichever I want.
