Hi, everyone, I'm Dr. Sanda. Welcome to my channel. In honor of Breast Cancer month of October, I'd like to give some tips on how we can stay healthy during hard times. So we know that cancer doesn't grow in an alkaline environment. So stay alkaline, eat a lot more dark leafy greens and drink alkaline water to alkalinize your body. We also know that if you eat dairy and you have the breast cancer genes, this can cause them to express you can actually get the disease. So stop eating dairy if you know you're predisposed to breast cancer. Again, we relate everything to the mouth on this channel. So keep a healthy mouth. That's extremely important on your immune system. If you have infections in your mouth, it's an extra burden on your immune system. So brush, floss, water, floss, and chew a probiotic that's actually going to help to keep down the inflammation and protect your mouth. If you're doing chemotherapy, we know that can dry your mouth. You can have ulcerations in the mouth. So even more important to chew these probiotics to help prevent ulceration and keep the inflammation down. Doing dry mouth especially, you're more prone to cavities. And probiotics, again, will help keep down the level of those cavities. Cavities.
