A short YouTube clip by Dr. Sanda Moldovan introducing ozonated water as part of a 14-day detox. She recommends using a portable ozonation tumbler with spring water (not reverse osmosis) because minerals are needed, describes the device operation (button, blue color, bubbling), notes it takes ~2 minutes to ozonate, and begins to mention serving amount ("Even 2 ounces...").

Everyone, this is part of the 14 day detox. And I want to talk to you about ozonated water. Some of you have messaged me and asked me, can I drink ozonated water? Actually, ozonated water is a great way to add to your detoxification. So you can do ozonated water. You can actually bubble ozone in water. But my favorite and easiest way, especially if you're on the go a lot, is to get one of these tumblers you basically put in spring water. You don't want to use reverse osmosis water because it doesn't have any minerals. So it will not give you ozonated water. And then you'll press the button here in the front and then you'll see it actually turn blue and you see the little bubbles of ozone coming from underneath. So essentially, in about two minutes, you're going to have ozonated water. You can pour the ozonated water just, you know, in a glass. You don't have to drink it from here then. But how much water should you drink in order to get a benefit? Even 2 ounces of.
