A short YouTube conversation (Feb 9, 2024) featuring Dr. Sanda Moldovan describing therapeutic peptides — especially BPC157 — as anti-inflammatory agents that act at the genetic level to reduce inflammation and speed recovery after surgery, with specific mention of use for tendon tightness and localized pain. The clip is conversational and demonstrates a clinician explaining mechanism and clinical use.
Doctor sand is going to be injecting peptides and tell us really quickly, what does that do for Trina Philber?
So I love peptides, especially BPC157, because it's a great anti inflammatory peptide. So it acts at a genetic level to tell the cells not to be inflamed.
That's fantastic.
And the only thing that I can do for patients that actually like Trina, will have tightness here or pain, pain in an area. I use them after surgery to help the body recover faster and especially for tendons and tightening like this, like she's having here.
And how does it work to reduce inflammation?
Basically, the peptide, which is a sequence of about 20amino acids, it goes inside the cell surface like a key in a lock.
Wonderful.
And it turns on anti inflammatory genetic material to be produced.
