Dr. Sanda Moldovan (speaker) explains the importance of maintaining a near-neutral pH in the body and mouth, how to test pH (saliva or urine first thing in the morning), and dietary strategies to shift toward alkalinity using a pH food chart (raw vegetables, coconut water, etc.). She notes blood pH is kept stable (~7.34) by physiology, many people measure ~6.0 and should aim >7.0, and that when oral pH drops below 5.5 cavities form.
