A recorded conversation (YouTube) hosted by Dr. Sanda Moldovan with guest Dr. Cyrus Elakis about the role and benefits of lasers in dentistry. The discussion aims to explain why many practitioners do not yet use lasers, what lasers can do for patients, and includes background on Dr. Elakis’s expertise in biological dentistry, neuroscience, and photonics-related research.
Very excited about today's topic. We're going to be talking about lasers in dentistry. And with me today is Dr. Cyrus Elakis. Welcome to the show. Thank you for having stuck. Yeah. I'm excited to talk to you about this topic because a lot of practitioners are still not using lasers. And I want to kind of decode for everybody. Why is it important? What is it going to do for somebody listening who goes to the dentist? I want to start with giving people a little bit of background about you. We're working together at Beverly Hills Dental Health and Wellness. And you are a biological dentist. And you finished a neuroscience degree at ucla and you did some research on brain mapping, neuro, photonics, bone regeneration. Sounds awfully cool.
