I think that that work ethic and that responsibility to do more, do greater, do better was really instilled in me at a really young age. The first generation experience has definitely very much shaped my work ethic. The way I think about a career, the impact we want to have, our responsibility, not just to ourselves, but to the people around us, to our community, to our world. On a larger sc. Yes, it runs very deep. That work ethic and that responsibility to do more, do greater, do better was really instilled in me at a really young age, as well as the independence and drive to do so, because there may not always have been the resources or the guidance in terms of navigating that landscape. So it was really a matter of figuring it out as we go. And I really think that's shaped my character a lot and just knowing no matter what comes my way. And I think a lot of people that are not just first generation, but that have been kind of been through anything, they sort of develop the skill set of no matter what's thrown my way, if I don't know the answer, I will figure it out. I think that's like, really very important in terms of life, but also running a business. I do believe that being first generation has definitely shaped a lot of my work ethic and personality in terms of ambition, perseverance, definitely a sense of responsibility, for sure.
