I don't think we can get anything truly accomplished without having a sound, peaceful mind. I am a huge, huge, huge advocate of mental health. I think mental health, mental clarity is, like I always say, the foundation of everything. I don't think we can get anything truly accomplished without having a sound, peaceful mind. I think that meditation is key, and it doesn't have to be like two hours a day, but it could just be a simple as closing your eyes for 10 minutes, getting reentered, refocused. In fact, I do this sometimes between patients. We have long six hour cases and you have to just quickly put that aside and move on to the next thing. So meditation, quiet time, and nature, I think is huge. I think nature has so many healing properties, and just being outdoors is so relaxing and so healing. It's good for you physically, mentally, emotionally.
