It's no surprise that running your own business is stressful. In fact, sometimes things can get so hectic that you might wonder if you'd be better off taking an office job. Now, of course, running away from stress is not really the answer, especially if it involves going back to a day job. I know it is. For me, the key is to have ways to cope with stress effectively and to lower your stress as best as you can when it does happen. Joining me on the show today is Kaylee Moore. She's a very successful freelance writer for SaaS&E commerce companies. Kayleigh is very driven, she's very ambitious, and that has enabled her to grow her business very quickly. But this success also generates quite a bit of stress for her, and after hitting a few rough patches, she realized that she needed to find better ways to manage stress and even reduce that stress whenever possible. In this conversation, we talk about two areas that she's addressed, self care and implementation.
