A hypnotist explains that online hypnosis works just as well as in-person sessions. Your voice through Zoom, a quiet room, and someone's attention are all you need. Physical presence helps slightly, but it's not essential.

Can you hypnotize someone through a screen? Absolutely. In fact, you are watching me right now. You are absolutely entranced and you're only paying attention to what I'm saying. Anyways, yes, you can use Zoom, you can be on camera, whatever. All you need is your ears and to be in a quiet, comfortable environment. It doesn't matter if I'm in the room with you. Well, it does help a little bit, but ideally, but if I'm on Zoom and you're hearing my voice, that's really all you need. Just my voice.
