A hypnotist who works across countries and languages explains why delivery matters more than perfect grammar. Confidence and tone can make you sound native and help induce trance, even with an accent or imperfect skills.
I've got to say that my biggest lesson when hypnotizing people in different countries, in different languages is: 1, it does not matter what you say, it just matters how you say it, right? I would be hypnotizing people in Spanish or Portuguese in previous months, and obviously I don't sound like a native, obviously I'm not perfect, but it's the confidence and the tone of what I'm saying that really makes it sound like I'm a native speaker, and as a result, the subject is more and more likely to go into trance. And so, long story short, it doesn't matter what words you know, grammar you know, obviously you have to know a minimum amount, but beyond that, it's really up to how you say it and the confidence with which you say your words.
