A traveler who's visited 56 countries ranks nationalities by hypnotizability, claiming Brazilians top the list after he hypnotized people on their beaches in Portuguese. He places Latin Americans next, then Indians and Chinese, with Europeans least hypnotizable. He admits it's anecdotal.

The Brazilians, the Brazilians, the Brazilians are, in my experience, the absolutely most hypnotizable group on planet Earth. It's just incredible to think that when I was walking up to these Brazilians on the beach and asking to hypnotize them in Portuguese, they would be so open-minded to just like get hypnotized by this gringo that they just met, right? And yeah, I would put Brazilians at the top, then the rest of Latin Americans. Also in that category, I would put probably Indians and Chinese, and then below that, the North Americans and Africans, I would say. Then probably Europeans and the rest of the Asians at the bottom. Obviously, Many, many different factors to hypnotizability, but in my travels across 56 countries and speaking 5 languages, that's my ranking of who's the most hypnotizable.
