Creating properties for clients with Homesota Professional is very easy. Just select the new property button in the upper right-hand corner, and this is where you might want to enter in your customer's name and the address of their home. After you've entered in the address, click the next button. Here is where you'll want to enter in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms from the house, and based on what you enter here, Homesota has a template that's going to predict and save lots of data entry for you, which we'll see in a moment. Then we click to save the property, and we've just created our new property for our customer. You can see the new property at the top of the list, and if we click on that, then we can drill down and start to edit some information about the property. We can go to the Photos tab, and here's where if we had photos, we could add photos to the property. And if we had documents, this is where we can upload links As well as files to the property. But I want to show you, if you go to enter the property, this is where HomeZada does its predictive templates. If you recall, we entered a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house. So HomeZada has predicted all these specific rooms in that particular house, including a living room, a family room, a kitchen. And if we drill down, for instance, into the kitchen, you can see that HomeZada has predicted at the bottom of the list many common items that include both the fixed assets of the home and the personal possessions of the property. If for instance this house does not have a laundry room, it's very easy to delete any room by just selecting on the space and clicking Delete This Space, and you're now basically modifying that property. Also, if we go to the To-Dos menu, one thing I wanted to point out here is if we look at the property checklist, The Homes Audit templates come with no property checklist because we want the customer or the professional to be able to provide the right checklist for the home depending on the geography of where the home is, as well as the specific assets of the home. Also, you can see here is if I go to the Projects menu under All Projects, there are no existing projects, and the template also provides a blank directory. And this will come to play when we talk in a future training session about templates. Now let's return to the property list and show you one more new property and how the HomeZada predictive templates work. Now we've created an address for another customer called the Harrison Home at 8045 Eucalyptus Street. Now that we've selected the next button, let's enter in a larger home and say this is a 5-bedroom, 5-bath house. Now once you save the property, HomeZada's predictive templates are going to include a much larger home based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that we've created in this home. So you can see here is our Eucalyptus Street. If we hit enter, now if we look at the inventory, you can see there are a lot more rooms. There's a foyer, there's a family room, a game room, a wine room, a lot of different rooms. And again, this is based on HomeZada making it really easy to minimize the data entry. And again, if this particular house did not have any of these, you can easily delete those spaces, add new spaces, rename the spaces, and go from there. So that's how easy it is to create properties with HomeZada Professional.
