So thank you so much for joining today. I really appreciate it. Once again, you can subscribe. However, today we're going to talk about a tip about House management. So some people are in a position where they may need support or help in managing their homes. Now, this isn't for everyone, unfortunately, and I wish it were, but, um, Homesonic can actually be your house manager if you cannot hire someone to do this. But for those of you who can afford to do this and you have multiple homes, or you have a very busy schedule as it relates to work and you don't have time to manage your home, You actually can hire a house manager to help you manage that. Now, house managers come in a lot of different flavors. You can secure a complete house manager, and they will manage everything about your home, from the inventory that you have to the maintenance calendar. They'll schedule the contractors. You never have to get engaged. They'll schedule project people. They'll schedule designers. They'll manage multiple homes in various locations. They'll even travel for you. To make sure that they're managing all this. You will have to pay those travel expenses most likely, but they will do that. So for those people who are in that position and who really prioritize their time in some other areas, a house manager can become very beneficial. However, there are other types of house management capabilities that you can hire out and you don't have to retain them long-term. A couple of things that you can do is you can hire a maintenance contractor or a concierge maintenance provider to help you manage your home either monthly or quarterly. And that way they don't— they aren't in your home every day, but they're actually working with you on quarterly maintenance activities. And they can take care of a lot of that responsibility, mostly because they have the experience because they happen to be a contractor. But 2, because they also have a network of other providers and other contractors that they can engage with to provide these services. This also ensures that you actually get your maintenance tasks done, and this is also very valuable. And, um, a lot of our maintenance contractors actually use HomeZada. They actually use HomeZada Professional to manage that, and then they can share that information with you through that process. So keep that in mind. The other concept that you have from a house management perspective, it isn't full-on house management. However, it is inventory management. So you have an inventory, whether it's closer to the end of your life, the beginning of your life, somewhere in the middle, and you want to document everything that you own. And there's a lot of reasons why people want to do that, by the way. It could be that they are estate planning. It could be that they just want to know what they own. It could be that they are in risk-prone areas of the country, so that could be a problem, but they just want to know what they can manage in terms of the contents. They want to know what they've spent. Some people just want to know what they, they own so they don't buy the same thing over and over again, and they can check on it in HomeZada. So when I say that, a good idea is to hire a home inventory professional or some professional organizers or move managers also provide these services. They come into your home and they actually document all the contents in your home. You can even ask them to document all the equipment and all the finishes and fixtures in your home if you really want that as well. So these are paid-for services, all of these individuals are, but these become opportunities if you don't have the time or you value your time differently, you can actually pay for these services. And, um, I love doing my inventory myself. I just like knowing what's going on in my inventory, and I do it as things come in. But for those people who really need help, this is a great solution. So there's a couple of different things, as we talked about earlier. You can hire a house manager to manage your entire home or remote home. Maybe you want to manage your primary home and someone else wants to manage your vacation home rental properties, etc. Or you can hire a maintenance contractor monthly, annually, quarterly, biannually, etc. It could be a concierge maintenance service that you provide. And then the third option is a home inventory professional to come in and manage your home inventory, document all the contents that you have, even the paperwork associated with those contents. So keep all those things in mind. You don't have to do everything yourself. I know not everyone can afford this. I know it could be a luxury item. But if this is really important to you and you really need help, these are some other options that can engage you with contractors. And if they're not already using HOMZADA, you can ask them to because you can get access with it on HOMZADA Professional, or they may already be using it. So keep that in mind when you are reviewing all this. And for those of you who do not know what HOMZADA is, I invite you to go visit our website at www.homzada.com.
