Let's demonstrate HomeZada's home finances features today. From the main dashboard, click on the finances icon, and you're now at the finances dashboard that shows you high-level, some basic key financial metrics in terms of how much is balance on your loan and your estimated value of your home. A couple of icons here to navigate through. We'll start here on the left. We'll start with property values. HomeZada basically, based on your address, will get access to updated real estate data information and show you kind of a high-level high, medium, and low of what your house is worth given current market conditions. If you scroll down the bottom, you can also track additional values. Maybe you recently had an appraisal. You can also— the system is automatically also going to pre-populate the assessed value of your home from a property tax perspective because we oftentimes know how counties assess the value of your home is different than what the market dynamics of what your total home value is, and the system also allows you to tax— track how much your total property taxes are as well as those individual payments. If you click on the Forecast Value tab, HomeZada's system will also crank out numbers based on current market conditions and try to give you a 3-year forecast in 3-month increments over how much your home might appreciate or depreciate given current market and real estate conditions. This data gets updated periodically, so it's a good way to kind of understand whether you're living in a neighborhood that's appreciating in value, and if so, how much. And this could be useful to you in terms of making family decisions over when and if you ever want to decide to sell your home based on those particular market conditions. If you click on the Estimated Equity tab here, again, based on just entering your address, Homes Auto is going to make all these calculations for you. So here we're taking the estimated value of your home, and then we've also done calculations, estimated based on your original loan amounts and determined that based on today, April of 2019, your balance of those 2 loans is $391,000. So your estimated equity in your home is $196,000. Over on the right-hand side, we're expressing the same home equity in what's referred to as a loan-to-value ratio. Essentially, what you own as a percentage of your home is the green pie— the green slice of the pie, which is 33%. And the fact that you still have a loan balance, that's essentially what your bank owns as it relates to a portion of your home. This is important if you ever want to get a home equity loan because based on how much your loan-to-value ratio is, this will be used by banks to determine how much you might qualify for a home equity loan. So this is also something that Homes Auto provides to you as it relates to financial metrics. Here's another interesting line chart. Here's the same 3-year forecast over how much your home might appreciate. As long as you keep paying your mortgage, you can see that your balance is going down. And obviously everybody wants to see the green line in terms of their equity going up in their home. Again, another important metric to track. If I click on the mortgage menu, again, essentially Homes.com, based on your address, has identified the rough estimates of your mortgage principal, the start date, and the term, and we've done a mortgage calculation. Here we're showing you that your mortgage payment's roughly $2,000 a month. How much of it is principal? How much of it is interest? What's the balance on your mortgage? Here are those four data points that the system automatically pre-populates for you, and even if the system is slightly off by a percentage point or two, you can easily just enter in a new number here and hit recalculate loan, and it's going to recalculate based on the accurate interest rate. Below that here, you can see what we're really doing is showing you your total cost of your loan. So the loan was for $446,000 over the course of a 30-year period of time. Your payoff date is in 2041, and you can see what your total payments and interest are. And here you can see the balance of your mortgage going down year over year over year as you continue to pay that off. Again, great financial visibility. If you have a second loan, you can track a second loan here as well. Again, some people will take out a home equity loan. It's the same sort of process where you can enter in the information, calculate that out. Also on the menu here, you can upload all of your mortgage documents. This is a great place to save all this information if you ever had to refinance. This is a great place to store all that information. If I click on the insurance menu up at the top here, the system also allows you to track your insurance policy. So here below that, you can see I'm tracking my policy number, my start and end date, And then I can even track how much my policy is costing in terms of my payments. And most importantly, what is the coverage that I'm actually buying in my insurance policy as it relates to the dwelling coverage and the personal property coverage? And we also know that many times a lot of your high-value items are typically excluded from your insurance policy. Here, if you got additional insurance, you can track that you got additional insurance for your antiques and jewelry. And clicking on these links will actually link back to your home inventory, which we're essentially tying those things together. And as a result, this first bar chart up here on the left is basically trying to show you whether you're properly insured based on your personal property. Again, if you click on the documents tab here, you can upload all of your insurance documents. Very important in case your home ever burned down or got destroyed with a disaster to have all those documents handy and stored safely for you is fantastic. Last but not least here, the household expenses. Essentially what HomeZada is doing here is giving you the ability to track your total cost of ownership of your home. And so we're showing you a series of bar charts across the top because we know that not all of your expenses are monthly expenses. Sometimes they're quarterly, sometimes they're lump sum payments or twice a year. So how much you spend on your home may vary depending on which month of the year it is. So this is showing you the monthly potential expenditures, and then the line chart is showing you how much you're going to spend total on managing your house throughout the course of the year. This looks like this sample is at $45,000. Down below that here, you can see that if we know your mortgage, we know what your annual mortgage costs are, your second loan, your insurance, your property tax. And then down below that here, the user can create budgets for all of your utilities and any other— Expenses. services that you may have to really understand the total cost of ownership of the home. If we go back to the Finance Dashboard, I want to show you one more really great chart by clicking on the Reports menu. What this really does is kind of bring absolutely all of the different costs that Homes Auto is tracking for you all in one report. So you can see in this financial report here, my household expenses that we just looked at was $45,000. But in previous demos, we've talked about tracking your maintenance and repair costs. So you can see I've spent $6,000. How many projects have I completed this year? I spent $14,000 on that. And then down below that, you can see as it relates to your assets, your personal property is worth about $172,000. And then we're kind of again showing you your home value, but then also showing you your balance and how much total assets you have built into your house. And then if I go back to the main dashboard, again, the newsfeed is constantly going to give you updates. So the system is going to constantly update your financial information. So here you can see your loan-to-value ratio, your current estimate as we update the value of your home, what we think your forecasted home is going to grow in. All these things are going to drill down into the exact charts that we saw. But again, it's a great place to see all that from a newsfeed perspective. So thanks for watching the demo on how important it is to track your home finances.
