Many homeowners, especially first-time homeowners, spend way too much money managing and maintaining their home. This is because they just don't know how to identify issues that come up. They don't know how to fix them, repair them, and even if they have to hire a contractor, have no idea how much it's going to actually cost. Let's look at how Photo AI is going to completely transform this to make homeownership much easier for everyone. First, why does it happen? It's just a general lack of knowledge about all the fixed assets like the equipment, the appliances, the building materials, and how everything gets assembled. And this is applicable whether you're a first-time homeowner Mm-hmm. Or whether you just bought, you know, a new home and you're learning about that particular house. So it's just this inability to assess what the issues are for many homeowners. And then the first thing that many people do is they want to instantly go call a contractor, which is going to take a few weeks for them to schedule an appointment to come to your house, and you have no idea whether the cost is appropriate to fix it or not. So with AI, now it becomes much easier embedded into a digital home management platform because you can take the photos, process it by AI, and it's going to identify objects and give you potential ways to solve it, some troubleshooting advice, whether you're going to do it DIY or engage with a contractor. So it's going to really speed up your knowledge over what the issue is. If you go to here, the HomeZada, you can see it's a digital home management app. It does lots of different functions. I'm going to click on the maintenance icon, click on the task list. Now HomeZada does show you what we would call recurring tasks, preventative maintenance, things that you should do on a regular basis like change your air filters, pressure wash your decks. But it's quite easy to come in and create fix-it tasks where all you have to do is create a task and come up here and upload the photo. And once you've uploaded the photo, then you can hit the select menu because you might have multiple photos. Click which one you want. Hit Zada AI Recognition. Now the photo is in an AI chat, and down at the bottom you can see I've already got a couple of different questions. You can clearly type in your own if you want, or you can just click on something is broken, provide suggestions on how to fix it. Right. And so you can see here that the AI technology is literally providing its best advice about how to deal with safety. Do a visual inspection, check for clogs. Is it jammed? There's a reset button on many units at the bottom. Check the breaker and the power supply. See if there's leaks around it. So you've— it's given you all kinds of sort of troubleshooting suggestions, right? And now you can continue to ask even more questions or click on some of these other predefined questions that it's proposing to you. Now if we go back to the maintenance task list again, and let's do one other one here. Let's go with this gutter is broken. Click on the photos. We're going to hit select. We're going to do this and hit Zada AI recognition. We're just showing you a different example. Same thing, something is broken, provide suggestions on how to fix it. Again, it's saying the image shows damages to the eaves and gutter of your house. To repair this, considering the following. Assess the damage, document the damage, remove the debris. This is saying contract a professional, right? Deal with insurance, other temporary measures, schedule the repair. So you can see it's even providing you suggestions even if you're going to actually hire a separate contractor to do the work. And again, you can now continue to ask the AI tool even more questions. Now the same situation applies to photographs that you might be taking for home improvement projects, right? So if I go to the dashboard here, I've got a bunch of different projects. I'm doing a kitchen remodel. And if I go to the Photos tab here, you can see I've got all kinds of before, during, and after photos. Same situation is you probably hired a contractor to do this. You hit Select, pick a photo like for instance this one right here, hit Zada AI Recognition, and now you can see it's giving you different suggestions, right? Can you find any installation errors or specific material defects? That I should review, right? So you're obviously taking photos of a project that's in progress with a contractor, but hey, you might want to check up on their work and you've never done a kitchen remodel before. So it's basically giving you suggestions around making sure your cabinets align, the drawers are going to function, the countertops are level and the seams are covered, and all these sort of particular issues are already there for you, right? If I go back and click a different photo, Right? I'm going to click one that's already completed, right? The end of the project. And I'm going to come in here and I'm going to choose a different question, right? What should I do to test all objects were installed correctly, right? This is before you want to do final payment, right? And it's basically giving you as the homeowner a whole bunch of tasks that you should check to make sure that you've got a good kitchen remodel.
