Today we're going to do a demo of HomeZada's Home Inventory app. From the main dashboard, the user can just click on the inventory icon and it has its own dashboard where you can see it's totally counting the number of photos that you've uploaded and it's adding all the item values to make sure that you're getting a sense over the total amount of personal property that you own in your home. Below that you can see a number of icons to navigate the inventory and over in the upper right-hand corner Yeah, HomeZada has a home inventory profile. This is basically doing a count of all your items and which items don't have photos and which items don't have an estimated value. And it's really a way to kind of strive to make sure your inventory is complete so that you are properly insured and prepared in case you had to make any claims. So we're going to click on All Spaces here. And from here you can see the gallery of all the rooms inside your home where somebody has gone through and obviously taken pictures of those particular items. And just for demonstration purposes, obviously I'm demonstrating this on my desktop, but HomeZada is a web-responsive application. You can see that if you logged into your HomeZada account with a mobile phone, you would get the exact same view except form-factored for a mobile phone. Same would actually work for a tablet device as well. So for the sake of the demo, I'm just going to continue to demo in the desktop mode. From here, the user can click on a space and drill into an item like the kitchen. The 2 most popular features here on the bottom are these 2 fields. People love entering in the dimensions of a room and tracking paint colors. Those are little important things, but then you can click on the Items tab, and again, here's a gallery of all the personal property items and fixed assets of the house. So the personal property are things like your dishes, your food processor, your espresso machine, but you can also inventory appliances, equipment, building materials like the granite countertops. These things tend to need to be need maintenance. From here you can drill into an individual item like for instance the espresso machine here. And HomeZada is really flexible. You can enter as much or as little information as you want. So you can see here the user's entered in what the total value was, what the brand is. You can even enter in the date it was purchased. You can even enter in the make, model, serial number if there's a warranty. That'll even provide you automatic reminders over when those things are going to expire from a warranty perspective. From here, if you click on the Photos tab, you can upload as many photos of any inventory item as you want. You can see here I've got 3 photos, one of the total unit, one of the nameplate on the back with the serial number, and you can even take pictures of the receipts. HomeZada even has some AI technology that will actually convert the text from these receipts and nameplates and store that in your system to make it an easier way of creating a home inventory. You can also click on the Documents tab. You can upload PDFs of owner's manuals, warranties. You can even link out to other websites as well. So photos is clearly one way that people take a home inventory, but a lot of people wanted to do videos. So if I go back to the kitchen and click on the Videos tab here, here you can see that I've uploaded a video, and the benefit of HomeZada is you get full playback capability of that video once you've uploaded it. Which is great for safekeeping in case you need to refer to that video for any insurance purposes. But HomeZada even goes one step further. If you click on the video recognition, again, we're using AI imaging recognition technology to essentially process the video. And as part of that process, it's going to identify the objects of your inventory that it has identified using that technology. And you, the user, can click and choose different items to sort of make corrections on high versus medium confidence. And it's really a great way, depending on how you want to take an inventory, of either taking videos of each room or going through and taking individual photos of each item. If we go back to the inventory page dashboard, that's one way of navigating your inventory is by basically going by room by room, but HomeZada also provides an alternate way of looking at your inventory, which is essentially almost like a mini spreadsheet. That shows you all your inventory items essentially in an alphabetical order with a number of fields across the, across the top in columns. The benefit here is you may want to look at your inventory of like, let's say I want to see all my electronics. So your inventory items may have different categories: electronics, furniture, decorative items. You can click on the electronics and now it's going to filter your inventory by category. So now you can see that you've got a couple of computers You've got some printers, you've got some TVs, speakers, etc. And this is actually a data entry field where you can come in and actually do data entry and quickly enter in what you think the estimated value of these particular items is, as well as the brand and date purchased. So it facilitates again a very quick way to determine what the total value of your personal property is. If we go back to the inventory dashboard, once you've taken a home inventory, obviously getting reports out is also very important. So if we click on the reports icon, The first thing you'll see is we're showing you a summary of your inventory by space. So here are all the rooms inside your home and the total value of those inventory items. And you can see a table below that that's going to go back to that item list as well. But I can also now get a categorization to see what my inventory is as it relates to categories for electronics, for housewares, furniture, jewelry, etc. And the real benefit here is the inventory PDF. Where if you click on this and choose to download that, essentially what Homes Auto does is creates a PDF of your entire home inventory. So here's an example of what that looks like. It's going to go through each room in the house. So here's it showing you the living room and a quick table view of all the items in that particular room and then the value. If I scroll down, now you're going to see the different photos of the living room itself. And then if I scroll further down, now it's going to start to show you the thumbnails of each individual item inside the living room, from the end table to the fireplace to the carpeting to whatever you've done as it relates to your home inventory. The benefit here is you can take this home inventory and now share that with your insurance agent, A, to make sure you're properly insured, and B, in case disaster ever struck, you actually have that documentation needed in order to file a claim. And last but not least, I'm going to go back to the main dashboard. On the main house here, and we've talked about the news feed before in some of our demos. Now you can see the news feed is constantly changing where I've got different sort of news feed items, but I want to point out one here at the bottom where it says the living room has 9 possessions without a purchase price. Essentially, that news feed is going back and reading the fact that you've got a number of items in your living room that where we haven't identified a value, and it's sort of a reminder to get you to come back to come in here and enter what you think the value of the bookcase is, what you think the value of the chair is, and you can basically again use that as a reminder mechanism to constantly update your home inventory. Thanks for watching the demonstration on how HomeZada's home inventory works.
