The video demonstrates how to create a comprehensive digital home profile using HomeZada Professional. The presenter walks through uploading multiple exterior and interior photos, adding and naming documents such as PDFs of community covenants, and creating external web links. They then show how to enter the property view to edit room details (dimensions, paint color) and manage individual inventory items, including adding, deleting, and editing attributes like purchase date, quantity, value, and condition. A bulk‑photo upload feature is highlighted, followed by tagging each photo to the corresponding room or specific item (e.g., dishwasher, blender). The workflow also covers reviewing tagged photos, handling unassigned photos, and saving all changes, illustrating an efficient process for documenting fixed assets, personal possessions, and property documents in a cloud‑based home inventory system.

Creating a digital home profile for your customer is very easy with HomeZada Professional. Let's drill into our home on Eucalyptus Street where we can go to the photos menu and we can upload multiple photos of the outside of the home. So we've got a couple of backyard photos that we'll select as well as the front of the house. As soon as you hit start upload, they get uploaded to the HomeZada cloud environment. And once they're done, we'll see those photos. Now you can see the 3 photos have been uploaded. If I click on the Documents menu, here's where I can add files to the system as well. So this time I'm going to add, let's say, the neighborhood CC&R PDF, and I'm going to give it a quick name, and I can give it a document type here and hit Upload. And now I've uploaded the PDF of the CC&Rs to this particular home as well. You can add as many documents as you'd like, as well as you can actually create links to other websites. So you can come in here and create a link to any third-party website that you'd like by just literally copying and pasting or typing in the URL and hitting the Add Link button. And now you can see that you've created a unique link for your customer that can— they can link on from here as well. If we go into the Enter the Property button, we can actually go inside and start to look at all the things that you can do as it relates to the data for the home. So we can drill into any space like the living room, and we can start to edit information if we'd like in terms of dimensions or the paint color. We can delete items if this particular living room doesn't have— this particular customer doesn't have an end table, you can delete that item. You can also do a quick add, which is if you need to add new items Here's where you could start to enter in some information, or clearly you can go into any item like the sofa and actually start doing data entry as it relates to the date it was purchased, the quantity, the value, the condition, as well as any other information. Also, a big time saver in terms of creating a digital home profile is uploading multiple photos at once. If you scroll down here and select Upload and Tag Photos, this allows you to upload multiple photos of the entire home at once. So we'll select a few photos here like the dining room, the family room, the kitchen, the living room, master bedroom, master bathroom. I've selected a few and I'm going to go back now and actually select just a few others here. Let's say the kitchen, we're going to do the blender as well as the dishwasher. And hit start upload and now you're going to see we're going to upload multiple photos at once. Now that you've uploaded all your photos, here you can simply tag each photo to each item within the space. So for instance, we're here, we're going to select the kitchen, and obviously this is our dishwasher. And once we've tagged that, all we have to do is hit the save button and we've saved that photo to that particular item. Here I'm going to go to the back to the same space called the kitchen. I'm going to select the blender. But if I'm doing a home inventory, here I could actually type in what the customer's estimate is over the purchase price of that home inventory item. Obviously, I can do links just to individual rooms as well. So here, this might be the master bedroom, and here this might be the master bathroom, and I can even Well, let's just do a couple more here. Living room and the kitchen. And if, for instance, I need to scroll down and do a different tag, or I get interrupted and I go back to my inventory page, here you can start to see some of the photos that we've tagged start to show up. But I can always go back and choose tag unassigned photos, where these photos have already been uploaded to your cloud account, but they haven't been tagged yet, so you can come back and continue to do the tagging process where this is now obviously the family room and this is the dining room. And you can see how easy it is to tag multiple— tag photos to their individual room. And that's how easy it is to create a digital home profile for the home inventory of fixed assets, personal possessions, as well as your overall property documents.
