Let's take a quick review over the challenges that many homeowners face, which is they don't know what the ROI added value is going to be on their, on their home with the investment. They can't really get an accurate budget online, a lot of vague sort of ranges that don't really do anything to help them create a realistic budget. Many of them embark on projects where they don't know what the different material choices are, having a financial plan. With Homeowner AI, Homeowner AI, you get project templates, you get recommendations that the AI tool can— that can provide to you, you get detailed budgets on every single item, you get to be able to get product research, you get to see all this power here in a second. So as I go over to Homes Auto, which is a digital home management platform, it's got Homeowner AI embedded inside it. And so it does lots of different things here. We're going to focus in on the projects. But just real quick, if the user were to log in via mobile phone or tablet, they could get the exact same user experience in any device that they want. So for the sake of demo, we're just going to stick to desktop. So if I go to the projects piece and come in here, you've got this dashboard over here. I want to hit new project. And you can see that HomeZada's digital home management platform has 50 different templates. You want to do a bathroom remodel, you want to put on a new deck, you want to do a home addition, you want to update your garage, HVAC, whatever. But sometimes that works when you know what you want to do. But if I go back to the projects dashboard over in the upper right-hand corner, you got this actions and discovery. You want to see which remodel projects are going to give me a higher ROI on my home value. You click on that and watch Homeowner AI and the magic that actually happens. Now again, based on a lot of data, the AI tool is basically giving you, based on the age of your home, as well as the location of your home, as well as what the typical ROI is, all these different types of projects and what the typical ROI might be, as well as the estimated cost. And now from the AI tool, the chat window that you see here, the user can actually say, I want to, you know, create a project. So you hit New Project and you can see here it's pulling up those templates that we had. So some people want to just upgrade the appliances. Some people want to do a big kitchen remodel. You do the kitchen remodel and then you can even estimate kind of the start date of, yeah, I want to do this, you know, later on this year at the end of July. You hit Create Project, and now you can either go straight to review the project, or you can go back to the AI tool and say, you know what, I also want to consider doing a bathroom remodel. Again, now you want to do, is it a master bathroom? Oh yeah, it is the master bathroom, and I may not be able to do that in 2024, but maybe I want to plan that for 2025, and we're going to pick a month and a day out there, and you'll see why this is going to become important here in a second. Now I can come in here and close it and we'll do one more. Let's go with the window replacement because it's— I know that I've got a home with old windows. I want to hit new windows, but I'm going to actually put this out in 2026. Right. And so again, very simple from the AI tool to be able to basically create projects. Now, if I come back to my project screen, And look at all the projects. I've automatically created the kitchen remodel, master bathroom remodel, and the new windows, right? Now if I go to the kitchen remodel and click on the items, you can see here HomeZada's template automatically has prefilled in all of the different items that you need to consider for a typical kitchen remodel. But notice the column here where it says budget price is all zeroed out. Now you can hit the AI tool again in the upper right corner where it says Zada AI Budgets, right? And now what it's going to basically do is plug in based on your high-level estimate. It's going to create a very detailed budget for every single line item here. You can see, and you can see it's giving you an estimated quantity. It's giving you a unit rate, and it's basically estimating that this, you know, kitchen remodel might be $25,000. But you can actually have an ongoing discussion where you can say, my kitchen is 25 by 35 and I want to budget for high-end products. Literally, the AI tool is now going to change all of the quantities. So think about things like flooring and cabinet length and all these other things are dependent on the dimensions. you're actually providing the AI tool more dimensions, coming up with even more calculations over high-end items for your appliances. And now you've gone literally from a $25,000 project to an $82,000 project. Again, you could have multiple iterations here and start changing all of these things. And then when you're done with basically a budget, you come in here, save items, make some adjustments if you want, and literally less than 2 minutes, you've created 2 different budgets based on 2 different assumptions of what you want for your kitchen remodel. Now, if I come up here and I want to go to, for instance, the refrigerator, over on this line item here you see Zada AI Research. You click on that and now you're actually calling the Homeowner AI tool again. A lot of people don't understand that every single home improvement product has so many different options. Are you going to get a side-by-side refrigerator? Are you going to get a French door refrigerator? Or do you want a refrigerator with a bottom freezer? Do you want one that's purely stainless steel? Instantly, the Homeowner AI tool has given you research, given you an average unit price over the different types, and has given you links to the actual manufacturer site. So think about how much research time you've actually saved by being able to do this quite quickly. Now you can do the same thing with countertops. You're like, oh, I've never really considered which countertops to actually do. Well, again, lots of different material choices. You can see here it's going to create a table and it's basically giving you an estimated square price per square foot where again you might consider, do I want granite, quartz, marble, laminate, solid surface, butcher block, giving you a price per square foot as well as all these different vendors that you can actually do and look at. So amazing how much level of research you get with Homeowner AI instantly here. Now, if I go back to the actual project, once you, you know, you can upload photos and documents and do all these other kinds of things. Now, one other thing that's related to projects is if I go to contacts, a lot of people don't know how to hire a contractor. Again, hit execute, how to hire a contractor. And literally the Homeowner AI tool is giving you a step-by-step set of instructions because you've never done a kitchen remodel before over all the things that you should be thinking about as it relates to how to go about hiring a contractor and get a great relationship kind of mentality. If I go back to the maintenance— sorry, the projects piece and click on the reports. Again, if I look at future projects, remember when I was creating those projects, I said I couldn't do them all in a certain kind of year. You can see that they're already basically forecasted out there in advance. And now one other actual item on here. If I go back to the projects piece, once you're done, many people don't know how to close out a remodel when you're done. Again, Homeowner AI is instantly going to basically show you all the things that you need to do once your project is done. You want to update your home value.
