HomeZada Home Inventory Android App Video

HomeZada's Android app lets you photograph and catalog everything in your home for insurance claims. It auto-fills rooms and items, tags photos to specific belongings, tracks values and warranties, and exports your whole inventory as a PDF to send to your insurer.

HomeZada is such an easy-to-use inventory app because once you create a property, it automatically predicts all the common rooms in your house. And if you drill down into a room and click on the Items tab, it even predicts all the common individual items that you would typically find in that room. And now all you have to do is click on that icon and start uploading individual photos. Or you can go back to the main dashboard page and click Add Photos, click the Add button, and choose from your gallery of existing photos on your phone or take them— net new ones with your camera. Once you've uploaded multiple photos from your gallery, all you have to do is tag them to the individual room and the individual item. And here we're going to do that with the coffee table, and we hit Save. And now we've tagged that photo. And if we now go back to our sample, you can see we've uploaded a number of photos. If I click on Inventory, it's going to show me the list of all the rooms in my house. And if I click on the living room, you can now see the Under the Items tab, you can see there's that coffee table we just linked. And if I scroll further down the list, now you can track as much information in terms of the value, where you bought it, and if there's warranty information. HomeZada is also pretty cool because if I go back to the main dashboard page, and let's say you don't want to look at things room by room, but you want to look at them by category. So you come to the items list and you can say, I want to see all of my electronics in my house. So you're going to filter by a specific category, and now you can see on the left-hand side all the different electronic items where you can actually now key in the value of those individual items. If you go back to the main dashboard page, if you go to the property details, you can track property information. Obviously, you can have a gallery of multiple photos about the house. You can even upload any documents about the house— owner's manuals, warranties, etc. And if I go to settings, you can even export that to a PDF that's going to be emailed to you that you can send to your insurance company. So thanks for checking checking out the HomeZada app.
