The video walks through two new Homes Auto features for home inventory: uploading room videos via a mobile device and using automated video recognition to identify items within those videos. It explains how to access the Videos tab from the All Spaces view, upload or record videos (recommended 30‑60 seconds, landscape orientation), and play them back within the HomeZada app across devices, ensuring secure cloud storage. The demo then shows how to start the video recognition process, which takes a few minutes to detect objects and categorizes them into High Confidence and Medium Confidence groups. Users can review detected items, jump to the corresponding video timestamps, and edit or confirm items. After reviewing, users update the space’s item list, assign values to each item, and see the video icon next to items that have associated video recognition, allowing quick navigation back to the relevant video segment. The presenter emphasizes the speed and accuracy benefits of these features for completing a home inventory.

Homes Auto now has 2 new great features for home inventory. One is the ability to upload your videos, and the other is to actually do inventory recognition based on what's inside that video. From the All Spaces page, if you click on a room, for instance the living room, there's a new tab in the upper right-hand corner called Videos, and if you click on that, you'll see the gallery of 2 videos that I've already uploaded for this room. We recommend you log into your Homes Auto account with your mobile device, such as your Android or iOS device, And then click on that teal button that will allow you to upload an existing video that's already on your device, or you can click on the camera icon and create a net new video. We also recommend you try to keep your videos between 30 and 60 seconds each. Obviously you can upload as many as you'd like. And we also recommend that you hold your phone in landscape or horizontal mode so that you can get the video that shows the full room dimensions from a left-to-right perspective. The benefit here now is once they're uploaded, you get full playback capability from within the HomeZada app. This means you can play back these videos from within any device, which is great because in case you ever change phones or lose your phone or lose your video, all of your HomeZada home inventory videos are safely and securely stored within the HomeZada environment. The other advanced feature here is you can actually initiate what we refer to as video recognition. Where if you click on that button, essentially what you do here is you hit Start Recognition Inventory, and now Homes Auto is going to process your video and do inventory item detection to determine what are the objects inside of that video as part of your home inventory process. So you see here you got a little status bar. This is probably going to take about 3 to 4 minutes. You can obviously navigate to other aspects of the app and come back. But essentially, this is going to identify many objects that's going to really facilitate a quicker home inventory for you and your house. Once the processing is done, you scroll underneath your video, and now you can see all the items that the recognition technology has itemized that were inside that video. That really helps to facilitate an amazing fast and quick home inventory. It breaks it up into 2 categories. You can see there's a section here called High Confidence Items and Medium Confidence Items. Obviously this technology is not going to be 100% correct, but this is where this page allows you to make changes based on what you know is already in the room. So you might say, oh, I already know my family room has an entertainment center, and it has a cabinet, and it's got some pottery, and it's got a vase, and I've got a painting. And when you click on any one of these items, if you scroll back up to the top, notice the videos automatically move to the timestamp of where that video sort of sees that particular object. So it allows you to interactively kind of pick and choose not only these items, but where in the video it shows from a timestamp perspective. Now when you've analyzed all of the items that you want to automatically update on your items list or add to your room, all you do is scroll to the bottom and hit Update Space Items. Once this is done, it's going to drop you into the item list for that living room. And now you can see it's got a series of items where this is an existing form where you can now start to identify some of these particular items. So for instance, if you've got a set of chairs, you might say that's worth $250. You know, you've got a coffee table and you're sort of estimating that that's worth $560. And you can now use this form to itemize the value of those things. But if we go back to the All Spaces view and look back now at the living room. And now let's click on the Items tab. One other important thing from a recall perspective. Now you can see all the items that have a little video icon next to them are the ones where you can actually sort of know that there was a video recognition associated with that item. And now if you were to, for instance, go back and click on that painting and click on that icon, it's going to take you right back to that video and specifically to that same timestamp area. So you can see how very beneficial it is to quickly go through your house and take videos of every single room. And then initiate some image inventory recognition and quickly identify your home inventory. We think this feature is absolutely fantastic. That will really facilitate a much faster and more accurate home inventory.
