HomeZada's home remodel project management solution is easy and flexible to use regardless of whether you do a DIY project or whether you hire a contractor. From the project dashboard, let's go to all of our projects and look at some examples. The first one we're going to look at is the new bedroom floors. Let's say you've got the skills to install your own wood flooring. It all depends on how you set up the items. So on this project, you decided you were going to do new wood flooring in 3 different bedrooms and go out and buy the baseboards and some miscellaneous supplies And you're tracking your actual material costs. But if I go back to All Projects, putting in a swimming pool is oftentimes something that most people hire at least one, if not multiple contractors. And notice when we set up the items, it's just set up for managing different contractors. So I've got one for a pool contract, one for a pool fence, one for pool landscaping, and even a pool permit. Next to the budget price, you can see here what we've tracking a number of different choices. This is a way you can actually track multiple bids. So you can see on my major pool contract, I actually got 3 different bids from 3 different contractors, and I decided to go with Sun Pools. I can also go to Compare Shopping Choice— Compare Choices up at the top and look at them all at once. So you can see those are my same 3, but I also got 2 bids from 2 different contractors, Harris Fencing and Garcia on the fencing, and on the landscaping, I even got 3 different bids. And I'm actually comparing all those together. I can even choose my preferred choices and see what it's overall going to be if I go with Sun, Harris, and Van Voorhis. And I can even go to the budget summary here where I'm looking at if I go with all the high-priced contractors, my project's $34,000. Low price is $28,750. I'm going to end up picking out some contractors here and my total preferred price is about $30,000. So you can see how easy and flexible HomeZada is to track either DIY projects or projects where you hire a contractor. Thanks.
