In this tutorial, the presenter explains how real‑estate agents can market a Zada listing using HomeZada Pro tools. Each published listing receives a unique URL, and every highlighted room also gets its own URL, allowing agents to copy and paste links for specific spaces. HomeZada provides built‑in social‑share buttons that post the listing to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn, automatically generating short URLs and preview images. The video shows how these short links appear in social feeds and how clicking “View Details” displays photos and descriptions. The presenter also notes that HomeZada’s rich photo content helps listings rank higher in organic Google searches. Finally, a “Zada PDF flyer” button creates a pre‑formatted PDF containing the address, price, three thumbnail photos, agent branding, a QR code, and the short URL, which can be printed for open‑house signage, mailers, or other offline marketing. The tutorial emphasizes using these digital and printable assets to drive traffic back to the online Zada listing.

Let's talk how you can promote your Zada listing as part of your marketing strategy. Now that it's published online, if you go to the very top, you'll notice that when it's published, it has a unique URL of that particular address with our 6434 Landis Avenue. And if I scroll further and drill into each individual room, for instance, the family room, you'll notice that it also has a unique URL because at the end it's appended the spaces and family room. Which is applicable to every single room that you highlight in your Zada listing, which essentially allows you to copy and paste either the main property link or individual room links into your various other marketing collateral and marketing activities. What you can also do directly from HomeZada is use the social share buttons, where if you click on share and you say I want to share this on Facebook, then what pops up is your listing. And let me scroll that up so you can see it. Your listing pops up and notice it's got the description of all the information with the photos in the rooms. You hit share link and then that gets posted on your particular Facebook page that you have access to. So here's what that would actually look like in the Facebook feed. If we go back to the Landis listing, you can also tweet this, share it on Google+, LinkedIn. Let's do a tweet real quick. What you can notice here in the tweet is We've actually created a short version of the URL, which is that little string right there. So when you tweet that out and then go to your Twitter feed, you'll see that there is the short URL which drives people back to that site. And even in Twitter, if you hit View Details, you'll actually see 4 photos as well as the long description over what's going on with that particular listing of yours. If we can also go— and now many people will use Google to search on an address of a listing that they're interested in. So I searched on a previous listing that's been published called 6122 Grant Avenue. And because of HomeZada's structure around the number of photos and the different items, we do our best to try to rise you up the natural search engine rankings so that the Zada listing shows up near the top. Which again drives people back to that Zada listing of all that detailed information. Also what you can do from a promotional perspective is you can go back to the place where you publish the Zada listing and once you publish it down at the bottom, if I scroll down here, there's a blue button here called the Zada PDF flyer. When you click on that what that actually does is it creates a pre-formatted PDF that actually shows you, again, the address, the price, 3 thumbnail photos, the agent's branding. But probably most importantly, if you scroll down, it also includes both a QR code as well as that short URL that actually drives people back to the online Zada listing where they can see all that rich detailed information. So what you can do with these PDF flyers is you can obviously print these out, leave them in the home for people to come when they see it. Provides them a good follow-up as it relates to after they've visited the home where they can come in and see all the photos of the home after an initial visit. You can use these in mailers or any other way that you see fit. So thank you for watching the How to Promote Your Zillow Listings video.
