HomeZada is a fantastic place to store and manage all of your important property documents. All you have to do is from the main dashboard page, choose the details icon, which is the main details of all the information at a high level about your house. Across the top, you'll see there is the documents tab. You click on that, over in the upper right-hand corner, hit add document, and now you can click on that teal button, or you can do a drag and drop where let's say you've scanned in all of the major documents for your house. Like a lot of the real estate documents when you closed, your mortgage, your insurance, any kind of document you want to keep for safekeeping, and HomeZada is going to upload all those documents at once. It's that simple. Here are all of your important property documents all in one place. But you can also link to other sites. When you hit Add Document, let's say you live in a neighborhood that has an HOA and you just want to link to those that document, all you have to do is go to that site and paste in the URL and hit Add Link. And now you've saved another important property document that's saved as a link. And if you scroll down here, you can see the icon has changed to a link. And if you click on those HOA docs, it loads up that document for you to refer to your HOA docs. Thanks for watching this video on how to upload property documents.
