The tutorial explains how HomeZada’s Home Maintenance dashboard helps homeowners stay on top of preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs. It walks through the Task List feature, showing automatically generated recurring tasks, and demonstrates quick actions such as snoozing a task to a later date, marking tasks as completed, and deleting single or multiple tasks. The narrator highlights the powerful filtering options that let users view tasks by family member, third‑party service provider, or a custom date range (e.g., the next 30 days). A print function provides a quick hard‑copy of the filtered list. The video then switches to the Calendar view, where tasks are displayed in month, week, or day layouts; on desktop, tasks can be dragged and dropped to reschedule, and the same filtering capabilities apply. Overall, the walkthrough showcases how HomeZada streamlines the organization, tracking, and rescheduling of preventative home maintenance tasks.

Staying on top of preventative maintenance tasks reduces those unexpected and expensive repair costs when things break before they should. From the Home Maintenance dashboard, let's choose the Task List feature, where you'll see a list of all the features that were automatically created for you based on the recurring schedule for your home. You can scroll down and see all the different due dates and all the different tasks that need to be done to keep your house operating efficiently. Over to the right is where you can take quick actions like snooze. For instance, let's say you don't want to do this task on September 9th, You want to move it out a week to the 16th, you just click on that and it's going to move out to the 16th. Let's say you want to denote that this task was complete. You just click that, click Done, and it's going to mark that as a completed task. If you'd like, you can even come down here and delete a task. You can just delete one task by clicking on the trash can, or you can go up to the top and hit the Select menu, and then you can obviously go through and select multiple tasks. To-dos and delete those. Also, what's very powerful is the ability to filter. So I can come in here and choose a filter, and it allows you to choose your individual tasks to be filtered by perhaps family members or even third-party service providers. Or you can even filter, for instance, let's say you want to look at just the tasks that need to be done for your house for the next 30 days, and you can see it's filtered that list down to the 5 or 6 tasks just for that day. You can go to the upper right and click the Print menu and get a quick printout. Again, another very simple way to kind of get a quick list over the things that need to get done in the house. If we go back to the main submenu here and choose Calendar, this is all of your individual tasks, but instead of showing it to you in a list view, it's shown to you in a calendar view where you can scroll from month to month and you can see all your individual tasks. On a desktop, you can even drag and drop tasks from one date to another if you want to move these to a Saturday. And you can even get different week views and even day views, and you can also even filter those tasks. So you can see HomeZada provides you a great way to manage all of your preventative maintenance tasks.
