Doing a financial review of your home inventory is very important to make sure you are properly insured and prepared for any disaster. At the Home Inventory dashboard, these 2 center summary items show you a count of the total number of photos in your inventory and the total value of your contents in your home. Over on the right side, HomeZada also has a Home Inventory Profile Scorecard that gives you an idea about how complete you are on your overall home inventory. If you click on how to improve it, it'll drill into a specific report where if you look at the bottom right of the page, you can see a table that's going to give you a count over the total spaces, fixed assets, and possessions in your home. And then it's going to tell you how many of those items have a photo tagged to them, as well as how many of those items do you have an estimated value. And it's going to encourage you to continue to put more photos and estimate the value of your overall inventory. Once you do that, you can also get more analysis where you can see your inventory by room. Here you can see all the rooms in the house and the value of the contents in each one of those rooms, and below that, a table showing you even the item— total number of items and that total value. You can also get a different report that shows you by category. This is very useful for insurance purposes where you may want to look at your high-value items like electronics or collectibles. And again, you can scroll down and you can even click on the link down here where if you wanted to see your electronics and make some edits, it's going to take you to the item list page where you can actually come in and see the details of all your electronics and make any edits. You can also go back to the property details page, and if you click on the settings tab here, you can also get a PDF, which is very useful to send to your insurance agent. You click on that And the system's going to generate a PDF that's going to show you all the thumbnail photos of every room in the house and itemizing every item in every room and giving you the combination of both thumbnails and details over every single item in your home. So thanks for watching this video about how to do a financial overview of your home inventory.
