HomeZada has an awesome new receipt and text imaging AI tool that really helps automate the home inventory process. Let's take a look at how this great cool new technology works. From the main dashboard on your inventory page, you want to click on Add Photo. Now granted, I'm demonstrating this on my desktop, but probably the best use case is to use your mobile phone to actually take pictures of the receipts of the items for your home inventory. So you can see here I've got a new phone that I bought and I'm taking— and I took a photo of the receipt, the barcode on the box, and the actual phone itself. After the system uploads this, then it's going to take me to the tag photos. And this is where you can enable the imaging text recognition to actually work. So essentially you see this little checkbox down here which says enable HomeZada phone recognition— photo recognition. You click on that and basically it'll take that photo of that receipt. And now if I scroll down the page, you can see on the left-hand side I've got sort of the major fields for a new inventory item. And on the right-hand side, it's taken that photo of your receipt and converted it all to individual text. So now it's easy to sort of look on the receipt on the right-hand side and try to match it with the purchase date. And we go down to the bottom and we click on that, and now you can see it fills in the purchase date. Then we want to highlight the purchase price field. So let's go over here and select the $1,000. Then you want to say, where did it purchase from? I bought it from the AT&T store. Maybe you even want to go down to and select the model number if you can find it printed on your receipt. And I think that's the model number, and I can even come in here and pick the serial number. So essentially what you're doing is instantly tagging the fields on your inventory item with the item in the receipt. Of course, you have to remember to pick a space that you want space in an item for this particular photo. So I'm going to put this and tag it to the mobile phone that's stored in the office. And then when I'm done, I just come over here and hit Save Info. And now if I scroll up to the top of the page, now you can see here it can look at my barcode image on the box. So you can do this with all kinds of different things, from barcodes on the back of your appliances and electronics to any sort of receipt. And it becomes a really great automated way to kind of look at converting your receipts to images and then storing those inside of your HomeZada application. Now, another cool thing we do is if I go and look at the inventory item in the office, which is in the mobile phone, if I scroll down to the bottom, you can see here it's automatically entered in the date I bought it and the value and where I bought it and the serial number. But down below that you can see here under the general notes it's dumped in all of the text from the receipt image into the description/notes field. So this becomes searchable. So for instance, let's say a year from now you're like, oh, I wonder where's that receipt for that mobile phone that I bought? You just go to the upper right-hand corner and click on that little magnifying glass. And you can just say, hey, I think I bought that at the AT&T store. And you click on that search icon and it's going to basically search that text field and find, oh yeah, there's that mobile phone that I bought a year ago. So hopefully you can see how fantastic a tool it is to be able to convert all of your receipts using photos to text, which really can actually help save you some money because now you don't even really need a scanner to scan those receipts. You can just use your mobile phone and it becomes a fantastic way to automate the inventory process with HomeZada. So we hope you love this new feature. We certainly do. And, uh, thank you very much for listening.
