Hi, my name is Bruno Berti and I'm a HomeZada user and I love it. I've been using HomeZada now for about 9 months. The main reason my wife and I got HomeZada was we wanted someplace to put all of the items and furniture and everything that we have in our house into one place, just in case we ever needed that information— fires, insurance, etc. We never had a good mechanism to put everything into one place. That was the main reason We got HomeZada initially. In putting all of the items into HomeZada, we were amazed at how easy it was to fill the data. There was step-by-step instructions that guided us through everything, and the best part was I was actually able to take my iPhone with the HomeZada application and go around and take pictures of the items as I was entering them in, so it just made— the experience really easy and simple and valuable. And what amazed me at the end of that process was I can actually go to the HomeZada screen or the dashboard, I can get a full listing of all of my items and see what the value of those things were. And that's the part that was incredible to me, is just seeing how much money we actually had tied up in all of our assets in the home, and that was just truly valuable to be able to see that in one snapshot, in one dashboard, as Homesata allows us to do. More recently, my wife came up to me and said we needed to do some renovations. Specifically, we have a bedroom that we wanted to put a new hardwood floor in and take the carpets out. So I got my first honey-do list from my wife since we've been owning Homesata. I was actually amazed by the projects module. I went into that module to put in the information or get the project started, and I found a template for hardwood flooring. And that template actually told me all of the items that I would need in order to get this project off the ground. That was the part that was pretty incredible. So if we go over to the projects module, you see that I was able to enter in my new third bedroom floor. And it listed all of the items that I needed to purchase in order to put in hardwood flooring. It had baseboards, flooring, glue, things that I didn't even think that I would need in putting in hardwood flooring, and allowed me the ability to put in a budgeted estimate to see how much everything would be worth at the end of the project. So you can see that we roughly have to spend $1,000 in building material in putting this project together. The best part is a couple times my wife has been out at stores and she also has the iPhone application. She's been able to actually take a picture of potential floors that we want to get into the system, and she actually uploaded it quickly into Homes Audit, and I was actually able to see her choices. And now we have some options from which to choose from. And I thought that was incredible, easy, being able to manage that project, which may be a small project, but for us, we're going to do it ourselves. It gave us the ability to see exactly what we needed, budget for it, and put it into the system. And then once we're done the project, all of a sudden now that inventory is in the system and we can start managing it with our HomeZada application. So those are just a few quick reasons why we're using HomeZada, part of the most amazing pieces we love about it. And I've been a very satisfied customer and will continue to use HomeZada and learn all the additional new modules as they become available.
