Hi, I'm Jan and I own Smooth Transitions West Texas. I use HomeZada personally and professionally, but most of all I use HomeZada Professional in my Smooth Transitions business. Anytime I call customer service, they are always very gracious and quick to answer my questions in detail so that I can get on with my business. As a senior move manager, I help seniors downsize and move. Sometimes my seniors' families do not live nearby, and so they are wanting to send photos to their families to see if their families may want some of their treasures. With HomeZada Professional, I'm able to upload photos and then give access to the families to view the photos and make any comments that they might have. HomeZada Professional has also opened up new revenue opportunities for me. I work with senior estate attorneys that are needing an inventory done for an estate. They hire me and I'm able to use the HomeZada Professional to give them access to the photos and the inventory list. When I go on a job for an estate attorney and I take pictures for inventory, I take my iPad and my phone both. And that's one of the things I love the most about HomeZada Professional is it is a great tool across all platforms. After I get finished with the day and I come home and I start to upload photos, I can upload it from my my iPad to the HomZada Professional website and make comments from my favorite chair, or I can bring it into my sunroom where my office is located and have a— use my desktop and have that platform to use. And I just can't say enough good things about HomZada and HomZada Professional.
