HomeZada has an amazing new weather alerting feature that's tied into our Zada AI tool that warns property owners and homeowners all across the country about severe weather alerts and ties it to recommendations over things that you could do to protect your home. And look at the magic that's already done here on the screenshot that you see here. I've got 2 weather alerts for 2 different properties. One is a red flag warning for my house in Austin, Texas, and another one is a tropical storm warning for a different property in Corpus Christi. So what, what Homesada does is it actually pulls your address when you set up an account with the National Weather Service multiple times a day, and only for the severe weather events it'll send a push notification and/or an email warning you about these things. And so once that magic has already happened, and now once you click on that, it's going to log you into your Homesada account, and what it's done is it's taken that specific National Weather Service alert for the storm warning in Corpus Christi, Texas, and it's passed it to the Zada AI tool. And now you can see at the bottom of the screen, the Zada AI tool is giving you step-by-step recommendations over things that you can do to minimize damage to your home. So this is a fantastic feature because it applies to essentially every homeowner across the country, because as we know, across the seasons of winter, fall, spring, summer, there's different weather events in different locations. So no matter what location you are, it knows what address you are and it knows what the National Weather Service is predicting and it's basically giving you a step-by-step of instructions. And if I scroll up now to the top so that we can see once this is done what the actual Weather Service alert was. So if I go to the very top of this alert, you can see that it says tropical storm warning for Corpus Christi, Texas. All of this text here is what Homesada got directly from the National Weather Service that's mapped algorithmically to my address for this property. It's telling me about storm surge, about high winds threatening to life, etc. And now if you scroll down to the bottom of this, now you can see that Homesada's AI tool has taken that storm warning and has basically identified items that you could do to secure your home. Secure outdoor items, check your drainage, reinforce your doors and windows, inspect your roof, prepare for power outages, elevate your valuables, make sure you have an emergency kit, right? And you can even see that Homesada's AI tool will produce additional questions About, you know, can you provide a maintenance checklist for post-storm cleanup? So this is the advantage of the Zada AI tool is you can have a deeper conversation with the AI tool because it knows the previous question and answer that's been done, and now it's giving you a follow-up. So this is an amazing part of the Zada AI tool. And again, this is helpful for pretty much any homeowner all across the country, no matter what time of season it is or what type of weather event it is. You can also, with these icons at the bottom, you can actually create a maintenance task by clicking on either one of those 2 icons. And now if I go back to my other alert, you can see here I've got a red flag warning just to give you a different idea. Different house, different property, different address. It's a red flag warning issued by the National Weather Service in Austin, Texas, and it's basically now giving you recommendations that are specific to each type of weather event. So again, think about during the course of the season, everything from freezing rain to blizzards to thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, potentially wildfires. Every single weather event is passed on to the Zada AI tool, which comes up with a set of recommendations to make sure that your home stays protected and even giving you some personal advice. So we're quite excited about this feature because it basically allows every homeowner To be reminded of severe weather events and to give you instant recommendations over what you can do to properly protect your home. So thank you, and we encourage you to sign up and check out Homes Auto.
