Maria uses HomeZada to track home maintenance and plan projects. The Maintenance module sends reminders for tasks like cleaning refrigerator coils and servicing windows. She stores contractor info in one place and uses Snapshot to collect items for projects like a new patio, then coordinates purchases with her husband.

Hi, I'm Maria, and I'd like to tell you about some features of HomeZada that I really like. You know, with a busy family and us coming and going all the time, it helps me remember things and it helps me stay organized. One of the features that I really, really like is the HomeZada Maintenance. I've taken maintenance items that require really monthly, quarterly, and annual, you know, reminders, and it's so nice to get automatically reminded on things that I would never remember on my own, such as like cleaning our refrigerator coils, removing Removing mineral deposits off the showerheads, having our windows, you know, serviced, just things like that that I've split up with all amongst all our family members. Another feature that I find really helpful is putting all my service repair contacts in one place and I make notes as to what they did when they came over and I've had to call them back and I know exactly who came over and what they did. A third feature that I'm using right now is we have a project, we're redoing our patio And some of the things that we're redoing is our rock pathway. We're gonna be adding some lights, and we're also going to be redoing or putting in a new fountain. And as I'm shopping, I'm using this feature called HomeZada Snapshot, where I can actually take fountains that I'm considering and put them in over as I shop. Yep. And then my husband and I can come together and review all the items we're gonna purchase when we're ready to purchase them. So I find HomeZada incredibly useful helping me stay organized and for projects. Projects that we're doing, maintaining or keeping a budget, and then when we're ready to go forward with the budget, everything is in one place, and I really love it.
