But today I'd like to talk to you about all the new items that you probably received or purchased for yourself for this past holiday season. I know it's January, um, But one of the things that I want to recommend for you, anytime you buy a new item or you receive a new item as a gift, you want to take a quick photograph of that item, take a quick photograph of that receipt if you have it, or— and you also want to identify the warranty period for that item. For instance, if you purchase some new electronics, there's warranty periods that you can document, and then you can put all of that in HomeZada to update your inventory. Now it's really easy to update your inventory as you buy things and items. It's also really easy to take those photographs of your receipts and then throw those photographs out— those receipts out, excuse me. You don't need them anymore. But it's also really valuable to make sure you have the warranty period. And the reason the warranty period is valuable is when you enter it in HomeZada, HomeZada will alert you prior to the end of that warranty period to let you know that it's coming due, and then you can make a proactive choice on whether you want to extend that warranty or not. You can also make a proactive evaluation of the item that you have to make sure that it's actually still working properly, because if it isn't, you need to make sure you get it replaced as well. So all of these things are really valuable, really simple, and things that you can do with all the new gifts or purchases you've made over the holiday season, but also throughout the year.
