Ed Weeks Jr. got an Instagram message saying "I'm rooting for you" during a painful walk with blisters and sore shins. Those four words pushed him to go further than he thought he could. He shares the moment as a reminder that simple encouragement can change what you're willing to do.
Hey everybody, Ed Weeks Jr. Real quick thought of the day. 4 words came through today from somebody I know on my Instagram, and it said, I'm rooting for you. That's awesome, because I will tell you, I did not want to come out here today. Blisters on my feet, shins feel like they're going to explode, but I'm going to go further than I've gone in all my walks just because someone is out there rooting for me. I appreciate that. You know who you are. Nothing but love for you. And that's it. That's my thought of the day, because I'm rooting for everybody else out there too, and that's why I'm gonna push myself beyond limits today. Peace.
