Chapters
Overpriced, undelivered materials, bad financials. If all those things you're facing, there's no reason to go to a broker. Work with somebody who's in your space who wants to do something bigger. Put something bigger together. Get all your ducks in a row. Get everything professionally organized, which that company guarantee you is not. Get everything systemized, which I can't stand systems, but I know the value. Get everything in a line. And when you really go to exit, you're maximizing your value with a group of people, women, men that are just putting together and are in the same space. I think it's going to be a lot more fun.
