ELDOA exercises for increase flexibility improve posture and reduce pain

Ekemba Sooh explains how ELDOA exercises create longitudinal tension to lengthen soft tissue, improve spinal alignment, and reduce inflammation. Poor posture narrows spinal space and triggers arthrosis and chronic pain. The method normalizes myofascial chains through decompression and proprioceptive feedback.

Are you looking for ways to increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and relieve pain? Have you heard of Aldoa and the Aldoa Method and want to see how it might help? Well, check out this video. I'm going to talk about the Aldoa exercises and how they increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and relieve pain. For the best way to holistically train your body, subscribe to my channel. I'll talk about the different techniques and theories you need to know and why it's important for you so that your body can function at its best. I'm Akimbisso and I've been in the health and fitness field for over 25 years. I'm a Soma trainer and a Soma therapist, and I'm currently in the doctorate program under the direction of Guy Voyer to be an osteopathic manual practitioner. I've been using ELDOA in my program for over 12 of those years and have successfully helped hundreds of my clients improve the posture, increase flexibility, and relieve their pain. The Aldoa Method is a fantastic exercise to help increase that flexibility, improve your posture, and relieve pain. So I want to talk about each one of those three aspects and how the Aldoa Method will work to increase that. So how do Aldoa exercises help with flexibility? So flexibility is defined as how far can I push myself without breaking? In essence, how far can I stretch my muscles before they tear? And there's a scientific rule about this. It's called hysteres elastic. It basically means how far can I push my soft tissue before it ruptures, before it breaks? So when I push myself a certain length, there's a certain amount of time and it comes back. But I can train that. I can train that to go further and further away so I have less. There's less instances of me rupturing or breaking my tissue, and hence I have more elasticity. I can go further, right. I'm more flexible. So the Aldo Method is a fantastic way to do this because it produces longitudinal tension in your body, whatever space you're trying to open. Well, around those spaces is soft tissue. So when I push longitudinally and I direct my arms and legs in different ways, well, I start to open up that space. Well, the soft tissue around that space responds by becoming more lengthened, more normalized. Right. So now I have more potential to move in a more flexible and better range of motion. So how does the Eldoa Method and the Aldoa exercises help with better posture? So better posture just means you have a good structure. It means that everything is placed to have a good structure means that my myofascial chains in my body have the proper tension and compression. It means that my bones are in the proper place, so the soft tissue coming from them all are in a good place to do their job. It means that the intelligent part of my body, my joints and my ligaments are all awake and communicating back to my brain. If I have all that going, then my body functions at its best. I move well, my internal organs function well, I spend less energy because now my body isn't trying to keep myself upright the whole time. One of the most important areas to keep open and intelligent is the spine. It really directly affects your posture and how you move. So you can do an ELDOA for those different levels of the spine. So if I can do an eldoa for each level of my spine, I have all this fantastic information going to my brain, letting me know properly where I am and improving my posture and my function. I want to do a quick checkup with you guys. How many of you think that having good posture, having good flexibility, mobility in your body is essential for long term health? Just put a yes below in the comments. So how does the Aldolo method and Aldolo exercise help with pain relief? So let's talk about pain. So pain comes from an inflammatory process. Inflammatory process comes when you start to cause damage to your body. Generally you can talk about acute or chronic, right? Acute. You get hit by a car, sure it hurts, but most of the pain I see is from people with bad postures, right? Bad gravity lines. So the, the structure of your body starts to kind of go out of place. You start to move funny, things start to shut off, things start to do jobs of other places and your body starts to function really poorly. Well, with that comes the inflammation and the pain. But if I do an ALDOA for the different space of my body, I can normalize these areas of my body, which brings healing, which brings pain relief. We'll take the spine for example, again, right? So if my spine starts to lose space because I'm dehydrated and I sit all day and I don't do any ALDO is to normalize my body. Well, now these two vertebrae start to rub on each other. When they rub on each other, according to Delpes law, it creates anarchic hyperproduction, which means I get arthrosis, right? I have arthritis now in my spine that causes pain. But if I do an ALDOA to prevent that from happening, or if I do an ALDOA to start to correct that and hopefully have it go away, then I won't have pain in my spine. I realize that was a lot of information to process and you might be a little confused. The best thing you can do for yourself right now is to learn by doing. By doing an actual Aldo class. So I've got an offer. I've got a pre recorded Aldo class that you can do for free for one week. I walk you three of the most essential dos that you need to do step by step to make sure that you do them right. In the description below, you'll find a link to sign up.
