Good afternoon. How's it going? So I want to reach out to you and speak about something that's been on my mind. I've had quite a number of people come up to me, and, you know, they get started with the program, they're really excited, and they look a little defeated. And I read a book about a year ago that kind of encompasses what they're feeling. It's called the Dip. So. So you start a program, you're super excited, you found something you trust. You go to a couple classes, you're like, oh, my gosh, this is great. You go to a couple more classes, you go, oh, my God, this is hard. You go to a couple more classes, you go, oh, my God, I've got a million miles to go. And you start to feel overwhelmed. Because what happens is you get really excited and you come down and you have to maintain this kind of like the minutiae, just plugging in and out every single day. You find results later on, but it doesn't come instantly because that you feel a little defeated. I want you to feel defeated. I want you to understand that, like, as long as you chose the right program, as long as you, you know, are making small progress, you'll get those aha body moments later on, you'll feel good, right? So don't get discouraged. You know, keep plugging away. Do a little bit of homework, and it'll come out the other side, right? That gets a bunch.
