SI joint is not completely understood by a lot of people and this makes it problematic because when you want to go to work with it, you can't work with it properly. If you can't work with it properly, that leaves the door open to a lot of unbalancement, dysfunction, pain, immobility, all these fun things that people know that nobody wants. So I want you to stay tuned because in this week's video I'm going to do a deep dive into the SI joint. But it's going to be understandable, not too scientific. So you can't tell me it's not a complete joint. I say that because there's a lot of practitioners out there who think that it's not a total joint, that it's fused. It's just problematic because if you go to one of these people and they don't know all this information, then they're either going to give you something simplistic, expecting a result for a complex situation, or just ignore it all together because they say it's not there and you might as it, use it at all.
