Close the loop. Now, this can happen in a couple of different ways. The first way is to do something called a brain dump. You can do it in your notes app in your phone. You can do it in your voice memos in your phone. This helps your brain to close the loop when it feels that it has gotten it all out. It also really helps to close the loop because a lot of the time your brain will keep information active in your mind because it doesn't wanna forget it. It doesn't wanna lose it. And this is also really helpful if you're doing work and you find yourself to be distracted by like, oh, I need to do the laundry, or I need to go take the kids, or whatever it is. I've had this before. What you do is you'll just have Notes open and have it minimized, and when thoughts come up, you pull the Notes app out and you write it down. Or you can have a journal on the side. Now what this does is it allows your brain to rest. It doesn't have to keep this unresolved situation or this information active because it knows that it's somewhere else.
