How he went from $0 to $14k month agency in 30 days

Eric Kavelaars and Logan talk about building a social media marketing agency to $14k a month in 30 days. Logan shares how mentorship and networking in Dubai accelerated his growth, plus the practical moves that got him there.
Hi, guys. So we're in Dubai. Got a call planning tree with Logan over here. This fan is an absolute legend and we scaled pretty decent numbers as well. And we're just going to talk about how the metric was, how the buy has been, how to change your mindset, how people are talking about you back home and how your parents think of all this and stuff like that. But yeah, it's been a pretty crazy transformation because I think only 30 days ago you were at zero, right?
Yeah, yeah. Literally zero dollars just starting out. Literally didn't know anything.
Yeah. So tell me more about that. So you were at zero and then. Because we should probably prob gatekeep the niche actually, to be honest.
But.
So UX0 and then once you transition to SMA, you kind of joined my mentorship to kind of learn how did you sma? Because you had a lot of them. So tell me more about that. Like how.
Yeah, yeah. So before I actually joined the mentorship, I actually did another business, which is part of my business. And I was basically just doing that first few months, just doing okay numbers for that. But I knew as soon as I started getting good at advertising, I knew I could scale it for multiple businesses. And that's exactly when I saw Eric's course, or not even course, this is organic content. And I was like, damn, this is some good content. Gave a lot of good free value. And that's when I reached out and me and had a quick chat on Instagram and then.
Yeah, 30 days ago. See me on Instagram.
Yeah, bro.
And now you're like, it's actually the same. Yeah, it just happens so fast. Like my 38.
Exactly.
What are your. What are like your parents saying about vlogging?
Honestly, it was. Yeah, they were definitely hesitant, Very hesitant. And they questioned it a lot, you know, whether I was going to actually go. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Kidnaps, all that sort of stuff. They're just a bit worried. It's my first flight. It's like first international flight. So they were really worried about that. But I mean, I think at the end of the day when we go home, everything's said and done. The amount of value that I've gone out this trip is just gonna go crazy when I go back home because of I'm just gonna be able to get so much faster results.
Yeah. Y. And even now you think like the minds that should probably work.
Oh yeah.
It's crazy. I've even noticed in the first, like between now and like start of the trip, you definitely can't like anyway so I've seen mass far even now and also just like connecting other guys. We had a yacht the other day and we connected other guys in there and also other mentees. We had close to 10 mentees for yacht really time. So I've just seen a lot of you guys like networking and sharing the value.
That's really.
I used to scale a lot connect backwards. So yeah, definitely, definitely master. How do you. Because when you join you're pretty much at zero and now how much?
Yeah so we did like 14k now some pretty good numbers. Yeah, I think it's really good. Especially since at the very beginning no systems in place. I mean no really knowledge of how to run an SMA because obviously running ads and being good at ads is one thing but actually running an SMMA business, totally different. You know client acquisition. You have to have onboarding processes, you have to have SOPs in place. There's just so much more that goes into it and I think that's why it was so important to have a mentor like Eric because it's basically the way I see it. I could spend three to six months going through this trying stuff myself or I pay someone, I learn from them, get a great network as well. And now look already in Dubai.
It's kind of crazy. Yeah, yeah. So remember like with the onboarding specific something kind of service that's when you mainly need help with pretty much within the same week of you joining. I think you started right before you join. You signed like I think like I think the main thing was service delivery so you mainly got the service help from actually other guys network also like just talking to people and then in the aftermath that's got the sauce. Got the sauce.
So yeah, yeah, no it's, it's definitely everything to do with networking especially in something like this because this is stuff that you're not going to learn out of the course. Like networking is huge because you're going to learn from people who are killing it in the industry. Maybe in the same niche as you may be in a different niche but if you start to network, you know, give them value, you're going to get value as well. So it's very important.
So have you ever joined any program?
No, I have actually I was in even ghazi educated. I mean it was, it was okay I guess you could say. Honestly I didn't see any results from it. So I was kind of, you know, hurting the past I guess you could say. But, but yeah I gave that a go. The marketing stuff was okay. I don't know, it just wasn't really it. But yeah.
Okay. So we're us neighbors at D. We're both on the pal Morgan's call. But yeah, what would you say like okay. Also when you joined were you expecting to get to my be?
You know, it might sound dumb, but honestly, yeah, I did.
Really?
Yeah. Yeah. I saw actually before I joined I saw like the grease trip.
Yeah.
And I was like, I was just sitting in my room. I remember like it was yesterday. I was sitting in my room. I was sitting in my bed like damn, bro, I'm like broke as I'm like first off, I'm broke. There's kids my age, like three hanging out with each other living an amazing life. I'm like, yeah, you know what, I'm going to join. I'm just going to kill it. I want to go to D. And I was like, I don't know when the next trip is. As soon as I joined I saw the trip was in like 20 days. I was like, bro, I got to start grinding, bro.
But yeah, yeah. And so what actually what was like the main act that helped Scout? Obviously I never tell the audience.
Yeah, yeah. Within that. I mean. Yeah. So Eric is a really good system within the course. I. I've never seen made. They really like it. Yeah. When you're just creating a irresistible offer. I forget what you saw. The. The sheet.
Oh yeah, yeah. It's like lock devices.
Yeah. Yeah. So I just went over that and made sure to include each of them into my apps. And then from there I just crafted a really well edited ad, added everything in there so that secure with me testimony shared to my health giving authority in it and my cadence and my tonality for a lot of. Yeah. Once I was made. I mean we're getting $3.00 CPO.
Yeah. Yeah. Actually you wanted to show the honest. Logan was getting no joke, like three to seven dollar leads for Philippines tonight. Getting that. So it's absolutely insane. And yeah, we're just. We're getting ton of that. So we're getting called by the. As well. But we're actually so the camera.
I mean this one's four but yeah, this was just from yesterday we four CP and from there. Yeah, I mean it was four if you. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So yeah.
So.
But anyway, the roas is absolutely insane. So I think. I think officially the one. The screenshot you told me was like. He was like what like 100 leads? Like that?
Yeah, yeah. I mean It's. I got 200 actually. Okay. 250 leads. For about $7.
Wow. Okay. Yeah. So okay. And also like what was the optimize as well, like what was the opt in to book already on the app?
Yeah, so we had a 14 booking rate. So it was between 14 and $20. We get a booking and then. Yeah, I think every. I think it was 500. It kind of varied. I'm not gonna lie. That's one thing up that was tracking metrics. But yeah, but yeah, it was kind of crazy. Like $500 for. For one clock.
Yeah. I mean that does seem pretty high though, whatever it is.
But well, no cost for clients.
Not that. And yeah, so that's. We went scale apart with that. And also especially after we introduced.
We. No, no, we're not get. Keep up bro. Get key. That.
That will probably double your close rate. We just got started with that like I think two days ago yesterday, something like that.
No, that's honestly going to be so.
Like that alone will probably double those closer. It's not even a sales tactic. It's just kind of way of doing things in sales call. But we're abscri now, so. So that's the thing. Once you go and network the boys in person and benefit like I think that's pretty good. So yeah, I mean what would you kind of say for someone no join it?
Honestly, you're not going to be able to learn this all by yourself. There's two ways of learning things. You can spend time for money or you can spend money better if you want to get results fast. We live in a world now where people want instant things. It's a microwave world. It's a tik tok world. If you want things quick, you're not going to get it quick, but you can get faster. And you get faster by joining a course and mentorship, someone you can trust. And Eric is definitely that guy, I can say, you know, living with him for a week now. Thank you, Eric.
Anyways, boys, good check out some hamburgers and probably walk around it. Yeah. And yeah, we actually rented G wagons and limos today. So we're. We're just at Atlantis Royale right now and signing off. So that's very exciting for you.
Yeah, bro, thanks for having me, bro. Yo, join this venture.
Ship come to Dubai next, next one kicked out. So see you that.
Nice to meet you boys.
Yeah. If you guys want access trips, just pop in, message me. I'll help you guys out. So yeah, that's pretty much it.
Cheers.
You're not going to get.
