How to build a $30K month agency (Rudhir's story)

Rudhir scaled his agency from $10K to $30K monthly through paid ads, sales training, and networking in a mentorship program. He shares the mindset shifts and sales skills that drove his growth.
All right guys, another solid client interview. Absolutely legendary video as per usual. So Rudyr went in the program and he actually went from 10k a month to 30k per month cash collected within the first about 2 months of actually implementing a few systems. Now to be honestly, full transparency. He was actually in the program for about four months and had to take a bit of a break and then he actually went full hard and then he went from 10k months to 30k month cash collected in the payment process as you guys saw within the first about two months.
And I go playing twist this whole new world, you know this nightmare mode protocol. Yeah, yeah, like essentially I was like wow, okay, so this is a possibility.
That'S, that's very exciting to actually get into it and let's fucking get in the video. Absolute video. We talk a lot about the secrets, networking ads, mindset, ton of stuff and yeah, let's get into it. So I'll see you guys there. All right guys, we have another absolutely legendary client interview. So this is my man Rudy here. He went from 10k months to 30k month in literally just two months. Yeah guys, here's the, here's the evidence. We got 27.5k for March and a few days in April and then we got stripe as well on so we had another one. So one 6k and then another, yeah three 1k so that is that no bullshit. And, and yeah, and it was a pretty crazy story, pretty crazy transformation and yeah, now you're pretty much can go wherever you want and making a shit ton of money. So yeah bro, do you want introduce yourself to the, to the channel?
Yeah.
Yo guys here, I live in Melbourne, Australia right now. Yeah, like Eric said, just kind of hit 30k a month this month basically. And yeah, just kind of looking to scale further right now. I've been in the mentorship for a few months of the year and yeah, it's been great over here. All good experiences.
Let's go, let's go. Sweet. So. So yeah bro, let's get a bit into like the actual like background like where kind of were you before the actual agency like and everything.
Damn bro, this is like long, long story but I'm going to summarize it real quick.
Okay.
Essentially bro, it all started in 2021, you know, came across, you know, just like, you know, crypto, all that kind of stuff in that space. Saw Alex Becker's video and essentially I just like went back and back to his old videos rather than just his crypto ones. And I saw business content and I got Exposed to this whole new world, you know, all this nightmare protocol stuff.
Yeah, yeah.
Like, essentially I was like, wow, okay, so this is a possibility. I wasn't that time for my biomedicine degree. So I was, you know, saying that I'm a doctor. I just kind of, you know, going on that traditional path of picking up. And I came across this thing really long story short, you know, basically took it nurtured me, I would say, you know, the business space and all that. Took me like a few years to really do so. But essentially in, I would say by 2023, I knew that, you know, if I started the. I wanted to do this, I want to start my own business. Came across like SMA guru lords. You know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Already like in my headset, like, you know, in the mindset that I wanted to do the agency space. So pretty much I was waiting for end of that year because it was my last year, my uni degree. And I was like, I've already put three years into it, might as well just finish it off because I put like so much effort into it, you know, it was like very competitive. Like I was a 3.9 GPA, you know, like, it was extremely like, you know, 12, 14 hours working every single day. So I guess from grinding. That's grinding to this now. Yeah, yeah, bro. Essentially, end of, end of that year, 2023, that I knew that I wanted to do it. I finish it off, you know, locked myself in a room, detached myself from everyone, you know, no societal opinions, nothing. I just really wanted to focus on lock in.
Yeah.
So I really started like 24th of February, I would say, you know, make my Facebook really started, darling. And since then, been a long journey. But now we're here.
Okay. Okay. So yeah, let's. Let's get into the actual age. I mean, we obviously can't leak the niche because I know it's a. It's a bit of a bit of a secret niche. We'll say, I think we should just. We'll call it contractors for now. But like, what was the specific client acquisition method for that? I mean, obviously. I know, but at least for like the audience, if you want to, if you want to kind of let them know.
When I joined the agency space, like, you know, like everyone. I used to doom scroll YouTube, you know, look at all the gurus do all that stuff.
Yeah.
I basically got One thing from first places that 99% of agencies go to 100K per month. US, you know, have scaled by paid ads.
Yes.
So I was like, we do paid ads.
Yeah. Yeah.
Essentially straight.
When. Yeah, I remember, like when you joined, you were actually already doing paid ads. And then, like, it was a, you know, you didn't go as hard in the agency because we kind of took a bit of a break and stuff like that for a bit.
And then.
Then you started to, like, really ramp things up the past few months. But, like, with that, what would you say to people who are thinking of starting paid ads? Compared to them just doing. Sticking with cold outreach and stuff like that.
They. They need to do it. Like, essentially, bro, everyone, like a lot of people told me that. Cold call. Cold, cold, cold call.
Yeah.
Trouble. Error, you know, Trouble.
Yeah, yeah.
I was like, sure, I don't mind doing it, but at the end of the day, it is so low leverage. And at the end of the day, like, look, I had my ads up funds like, you know, from back in the day, like, you know, my crypto trading time, and I was still trading on the side, so I had like that type of capital, I guess, to really invest in ads. And I started with like $50 a day us, you know, nothing crazy in terms of ads.
Yeah.
But I know, like, a lot of people can still access that kind of money, even if they don't really have that. They can Uber. They can do a lot of doordash. They can find a way.
Yeah.
So I think there's really no excuse not be running paid ad since it will definitely produce better results than cold calling. For sure. Before, even $50 a day, to be honest, like, was uncomfortable. And now we're spending around 300 a day. Like, us, just some paid ad.
Yeah.
And we're looking to, like, ramp up even more, but we can because we're literally like capped because of our ad count fatigues every time.
Okay. Okay.
So now I'm trying to look at. Make two, three different angles, which is not what I'm actually working on today. Okay. Scale these even more.
Yeah. Wow.
And then have you even done at least average buy? Like, just normally, like, at least you probably got for the first few clients or so or.
I only honestly, like, this is like, very different to like everyone else in the space. Everyone's mostly done, like, cold calling stuff.
Yeah.
Only done cold calling for market research. I never tried to, like, do cold calling.
Okay, okay.
Which is kind of. Yeah.
So you got all. All your clients are paid ads then?
Everyone.
Wow. Okay. Okay.
That's.
That's insane. Yeah, I. I remember when you first joined, you already do paid ads and then.
Yeah.
Wow. Because I was trying to get you on some cold, average stuff, but then I was like, okay, now it's probably just going to scale paid ads because we got a very good system going right now.
So it takes time. So essentially that my first client, I had to spend around $1700 in paid ads to acquire my first line. 1500. And he's still with me till this day. Like, that guy literally, like. And the reason, by the way, is, like, not the lead cost and anything. She has actually performing pretty nice because I did all the nice video creation, you know, put the hooks and get all that stuff is more so that just with those ads, like, I just couldn't sell.
Ye. Yeah.
Yeah. I had to develop the skill of sales and I had to, like, go to sales coaches. And eventually, once I actually went through my first official sales coach and he actually showed them that the framework, I closed a deal. Literally. I remember like, five days after that, after months of training.
Yeah.
You remember that. It's so important.
Yeah.
And you, you also. I remember you were also like, joining Daniel's calls as well. Like, how did that kind of have an impact on it too? Cause I remember you were mentioning as well with. With that.
Yeah, yeah, definitely. Like, it was very good, man. It helped. Objection. Handling, you know, just a few other things as well. You get different brain books. What I've seen, like, you know, every. Every sales crew I went with, like, they. They kind of give me, like, different insights onto, like, different methods, and there's like, some leaks, like, they can identify and what some of them can't, you know, identify one league, the other one can. And yeah, once you kind of have, like, you know, it's also like, you try. You can't go with, like, all of them together. You've got to go one by one.
Yeah.
That's why I noticed.
Yeah.
Then another few months and another few months, and then I feel like that's been the best for me because then you can like, literally get so much better right now. It's only better than. Obviously, you're constantly improving. You can just tell and like, the way you feel, you don't even need a script many times.
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
And then at least, like. But besides, Daniel, I know, I know you've been connecting, like, with quite a few guys in the actual, like, network, but, like, how would you say to people in the audience, like, how would you say that actually, like, affected your overall mindset or progression or, like, just overall network just by connecting with guys? Because I know it's like always, like a pretty huge part of the agency actually. Or just like overall, just scaling.
Yeah, networking is the biggest thing, bro. Honestly, like, it's the. I would probably put it above like sales training and it's going to be controversial.
Yeah, yeah.
Like, even, even though sales like crazy, you know, like high leverage and like you need to learn it. But like, if you don't have the mindset, then you don't have the belief. If you don't have the belief, you know, then nothing's going to happen anyway. You're not going to do the inputs.
Yeah.
So, like, I would say, yeah, the network has definitely helped a lot. Just getting them, chats with them, conversations, giving value to other people and like, you know, giving it to you as well. It's definitely like low reciprocity. You can't just do it one way. So that's one thing about networking, but there's always different ways you can give everyone value and sometimes just being a good friend, honestly.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Literally within this space sometimes.
Yeah, yeah, I mean, that's true. I feel like just in the network, like everyone's always like sharing like so much value and it's just like it's such a, like good community to be in because, like, the more value share, the more value you're going to get in return. Is also like. We're also talking about the client retreats as well, like how much fun those are. But so I would definitely want you to come out to one of those. We were talking earlier actually about potentially Dubai and that'd be cool to do.
Yeah, that would be sick. Yeah, it's been like a long. You don't have to really go to Dubai for like a long time. So I think now it's the right time coming, basically.
Yeah, bro, it is, it is definitely. I mean, yeah, I'll be here for the next few months, so I think I'm definitely going to try to host someone. Last one was so much fun with all the clients, so that was a very good time. But yeah, at least like for someone in the audience, like, what would you kind of say for somebody who's watching this right now who's thinking of like, like joining or joining the actual mentorship? Like, what would you kind of mention or like say to them?
Just do it. That's the one thing I do in the end. People like, okay, what's, what's the alternative? Like, what is the alternative?
Just like stay, Stay broke.
Yeah.
Either you spend a few K or like the mentioned fees are higher. Like, what it Is now.
Yeah.
You spend that and you really just kind of like, you know, get something out of it. You go opposite. We can see all the testimonials even on the landing pages. So what's there, too? You know, you're watching this interview right now. It's obviously like a testament that it works. But even if it didn't, it's still like the worst cases. You just get more experience, more information about a network. So. Yeah, because now I know what our bottlenecks are, what I exactly need to do. I know where all my resources are, and you've got so many connections and friends. Like, I can even go on trips with some people now. You know, we're planning for, like, June, July.
Yeah, yeah.
It's so sick to, like, the US Somewhere and then maybe Miami again, maybe, like, you know, New York. Or we could just even go like, you know, Tulum and like, just go like the main.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
What's the alternative? That's what I would say.
Yeah, exactly, though. I mean, the alternative is literally just like, I feel like the opportunity cost of them not being like. Let's just say they learn a bunch of knowledge from the mentorship or just anything, any sort of program or salty thing, whatever it is, it's like, that's worth so much more than the actual price, obviously. And if you don't know that, it's going to be costing you way more than you would have invested in the first place. So it's like.
Yeah, it's like the ignorance debt, like, you know.
Yeah, exactly.
That concept essentially, like, every year that you don't know how to make a million dollars a year, you essentially just paying 900k, at least in England.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Like richly burning 900k. You're putting in these five. Why are you doing that?
Yeah, yeah, I know.
That's actually so true, bro. Like, it's.
Yeah, okay. Yeah.
So, like, Alex Mosey as well talks about this as well with, like, the ignorance that. Which is so fucking true because every. Like you were saying, like, every year that you don't make a million dollars, it's costing you a million fucking dollars. So that's actually like. That's what I realized. I was actually out last night at a networking event, and there's a guy who did 22 million do profit in a month, like, after tax as well, because Dubai and. Holy. I need to get to this guy's level because I'm really like. I'm like losing $20 million every single month by not knowing actually how to or a bit more than that obviously. But, but yeah, it's like it's, it's crazy how much of a effect like I feel like also in person network actually has and that's why I like to do the cloud retreat so much is because like it actually shows you, okay, these are real people making way more money than you and they're probably younger than you as well. So you need to like step the up and learn exactly what they're doing and actually supplement gain. So it's, it's absolutely huge, bro.
Like that's what I realized as well. Like I've been like, I had the revelation basically that recently every level that you get to, you get put in a box. Maybe your box back in the day school. Maybe then it was uni. Yeah, maybe then it was like just kind of discarding yourself. But now like it's maybe even the business world like cool. You're throwing with these type of people, you know, and they're your friends, they're everything. But like if you're just kind of stuck in that type of group and you're not getting any stimulus, any inputs from outside, you know, you're networking enough, then you're just not going to go to those levels. So the good ones will obviously come with you because of the real friends, the real ones. But then, you know, the other ones will kind of phase away. So yeah, essentially now my, my thing is like I'm trying to watch YouTubers who are not even SMMA related, you know, just to kind of keep my mindset even more. Like once you hit those kind of numbers, you said so casually as well, you're like, holy, yeah. 100k per month, 200k per month, all that stuff.
Yeah bro, it's. Yeah, like 100k per month is literally so little compared to what guys are doing. Like this guy did like 22 million in a month, bro. 100k a month even. Obviously 10 came on to those like absolute joke. But like I, it, I feel like the audience might get a bit triggered by that, by us saying this, but like it's literally just like the new standard. I feel like 100k month is technically like the new 10k month. And I've heard a lot of people say that as well, but, but yeah, it's like, bro, it's, it's pretty, pretty crazy world there though, I'd say.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. People so emotional about numbers. That's what I've seen. You know, you should not attach like, you know, all this emotion to like a Number, essentially, you should break it down. What does it entail? How many clients is that going to take me?
Yeah.
How many calls do I need to do to get that many clients? Yeah, okay, maybe. How do I get those many calls booked on my calendar? Through my ads. What type of ads do I need? How much do I need to spend? And once you got to break it down in that manner, then you really, like, take away the emotions from it. You make it logical. Okay, I'll do this, this, this, and I'll get this result. Yeah, I do get it. When you start. It's hard to do that. It's hard for me too. But it's like you just have to brainwash yourself. You have to program yourself, essentially. Because we always be programmed regardless if you like it or not. You know, you program bad people outside, you know, just social media in that manner or like television or you'll be programmed even in the business space, you know, so it's about the right type programming that you basically let yourself.
Yeah, yeah, I remember. That's actually what we did on the, on the onboarding call. We talked a lot about that, just like breaking down the actual numbers. And then at least when it comes to like mindset, you talked about program. So did you, I guess you went over like the, the mindset section of the course.
Right.
What were your thoughts on that?
Oh, 100, bro. Like, that's actually one of the reasons I also like, kind of went into the program at the time because I saw that the mindset stuff that I was getting for you, that was already for free, you know, that's pretty much unmatched compared to like just other people.
Yeah.
I entered the program and I'm like, holy folks. Literally so much more.
Yeah, yeah.
I expected like 10% of the content.
Damn.
But like, if your mind is not in the right place, you're not going to take the actions. If you don't think the actions, you're not going to be successful. And sometimes I've noticed just for myself, personal experience, I don't know if it happens to other games or not, but you mentioned happens with YouTube. But essentially that sometimes, you know, my mind's like so positive frequency in the right space, you know, I'm thinking, well, it's all kind of good, you know, and then I'm taking the actions. I get like better results compared to someone who put in like two times worth of actions that their minds are on the right face.
Yeah, so true. I feel like. Yeah, I've even seen that, like so much just in, in real life just like from, from actual like clients where it's like they just reprogram their mind saying I'm gonna have a super high like cold SMS booking rate and then they like visualize all the bookings coming in. It literally like triples the booking rate like overnight essentially. And it's, it's crazy how it works, bro. Well, I think we'll, we'll pretty much wrap it up here. But I mean do you have anything else that you want to mention to the audience about the program or anything? Just in general before we, before we.
Hop off though in smma, if you do want to succeed, it's really three things I would say really making sure that you understand sales, like 100% sales is like really key, you know, because if you're going to open those calls and you're not finding like a good process, then you're just not going to be closing as many deals as you can. Now that's one thing though. And the only way to really do that is really just get more sales training in terms of coaches, you know, and join these type programs as well as just kind of network more because you get so much more insights I feel like. And you can role play with the guys that you know. You know and role playing is like huge in sales ability. Second thing I would say in SMA is actually like ads, sales and ads. Like first few things I would say 100%. Yeah, like actually like mastering paid ads, understanding it, even paying guys, mentors to understand that. Like the way I kind of learned it was actually paying someone, you know, I tried doing it myself, it worked kind of, but it fatigued and I never knew I was skilled in at all. So definitely asking for help is definitely the biggest way. It's better when in that manner in life as well. You have to kind of invest money into yourself because you will get an outside return. And the last thing, 100% like I said, networking and expanding your mindset constantly. You can't be stuck in a small bubble, small rut. The only way you can really even do that with networking and the best people access to is from paid communities. So I'm a huge advocate. Sales ads, fake community.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
So true.
Yeah, yeah, I know.
Very, very true, bro. Yeah, I mean it's, I feel like it's just everything is just so huge. Like that's what I, that's really what I preach as well. Just like constantly networking mindset and just like run ads as much as you possibly can and obviously get good at sales and also service. That is a very important part, too. But, Sierra, I think that's. That's. I think that's pretty much it, though. I mean, anything. I think. Well, pretty much. I guess wrap it off here. But that was amazing having you on. And I'll see you. See you very soon, then. I. Take care. Yeah.
