I Applied My $100k/Month Ad System to a Roofer... The Results Were Insane

Fidel Guajardo applied his $100k/month Meta ad system to service businesses instead of real estate wholesaling. A roofer spent $500 on ads and made $32k profit from 27 leads. Service businesses convert faster than wholesaling, so he's shifting focus to home services where he can reinvest profits quicker.

What if I told you that you may be selling to the wrong people? Well, I put my numbers through Hermosis AI, and here's exactly what he told me because he completely shocked me. Now, to give you some context of myself, my name is Fidel Guajardo. I've been wholesaling real estate for the last 5 years. I built a 7-figure wholesaling business, and over the last 2 years, I learned exactly how to run paid advertising. So we're able to get a 10x consistent ROAS every single month by only focusing on inbound ads. So we get all these people that were distressed, and our method was really good. So we're able to make over $100,000 per month in profit thanks to this system.. And over the last year, I started teaching other wholesalers and investors how to plug the same system into their business. And since then, we have had dozens of wholesalers scaling all the way up to $50,000 to $100,000 per month by using our exact same system. But recently, a lot of people started following me and they wanted me to help them with their service-based business. So I took on a roofer, a hard money lender, and an agent. So we plugged the exact same principles from our Meta Ads strategy into their business, and the results were Absolutely insane. So with the roofer over the last 3 weeks, we spent $500. He got 27 leads. Now from those 27 leads, he contracted 7 jobs and he's going to make a total profit from those $500 of close to $32,000 in just 3 weeks. And here he closed some jobs. We already paid for the investment and the ad spend. So the exact same system, just a different avatar. Also, my friend who's a lender, he's a Harmony lender. We spent around $400. Within the first week, he was able to secure a lending deal that he's going to make $4,500. And that same week, he scheduled 10 appointments and he already sent terms to 3 of those. So he's going to make close to $15,000 off of $400 in ad spend, which is absolutely insane. And then my other, my other friend who's an agent, who spent $600 and she got 2 listings. So she's going to make like $15,000 from that same ad. So what is the point of this? What if I told you that you may be selling to the wrong person because Warren Buffett says it's not about how hard you row the boat, but rather the boat that you are in. So pretty much I fed this data into Hermosis AI and I asked it like, hey Alex, do you think it's worthwhile to pursue these avatars since I already have my wholesaling offer that is doing really well? And pretty much what he said is, I'm going to put the screenshot right here. He's saying that we're selling to the wrong avatar because why? Wholesalers, yes. They have a problem, a big problem, but they lack the financials. So it is my opinion that most people that get into wholesaling, they're going to quit. Why? It's not because they lack hard work. It's just that they are listening to these other people on TikTok and YouTube and all this, making it seem like this business is so simple. What the reality is like, you don't control fulfillment. And that is the thing that breaks wholesaling. So if you think about it, In real estate wholesaling or flipping, we only get paid if a deal sells. So after you secure a contract that you're going to wholesale or flip, you still need to do everything on the backend to ensure that it actually sells. And if you think about it, you need to deal with buyers, buyer's agents, title companies, title issues. The repairs of the properties are never standard. It's always things that are different with each property. Each seller is different. And then you are dealing with the market. and you finally have to do everything right in order for you to actually sell. So due to all those moving parts, the cash conversion cycle with real estate wholesaling, it could take 2, 3, 4 months, and you need to do everything right to ensure that you actually get paid. Now, across our best clients, of course, they are able to plug in the system and start making money within the next, you know, 2, 3 months. But my point is, due to the cash conversion cycle, you are not able to pocket the money in and reinvest it in ads, whereas With these other service-based businesses like the roofer, the lender, and the agent, it can be way quicker because the cost per result is way less. And if we're targeting and following our exact meta system where we position you as the local person that wants to work, you know, with you, then you're going to get really good results. But all this to say is if you don't control fulfillment and you don't have the ability to make cash pretty fast, then that's going to affect your ability and how fast you are able to make the money. Therefore, you can't reinvest in ads, you can't reinvest into advertising and the person that you need to become to actually get results. Here's the 4-part test when it comes to picking a market. Number 1 is pain. Do they have some sort of pain point? Yes, of course wholesalers have a pain point. Service-based businesses, they have a pain point because they want more deals or they want more projects. Right? Is the problem urgent? Of course. Right? But two is money. Do they have the money? Now, when it comes to wholesalers, I think that a small percentage are going to make it work because they're going to take action. They're going to be disciplined and they're going to stay consistent. But if we look to a home service business, if they are able to make money quicker because the customer actually pays them, then they have the ability to reinvest that money back into ads and also spend more money because now they're making the money back quicker. The feedback loop is way quicker. And the third point would be easy to target. Yes, there's a ton of wholesalers. Everyone wants to get into wholesaling. And then with the roofers, of course, there's millions of roofers across the United States. So that is easy to target, right? And then four is the speed and control. Can we do fast cash and control fulfillment? Well, with real estate, I mean, we can give you our best cases if you do X, Y, Z, but it's going to take a while before you actually close deals. It's due to the real estate cycle. But on the other hand, with roofers, it can be way quicker. Because within the first week you can generate appointments, send a proposal, and start securing the contract so that you start getting paid. So within the next 2-3 weeks, you can have your first profitable deal from this channel. So those are the 4 things that I look at when picking a market, and that is what the Gormozi AI told me. And then looking back at what I was previously doing is, yes, we require way more fulfillment to deliver results, and a lot of it is going to come down to the client. And I'll be honest, like I only want to work with the best wholesalers and many of the other people that are in real estate investing, unfortunately they don't have the ability or the willpower or the discipline or even the financials to invest into advertising the way they can actually grow their business. Or they make it seem like this is a get-rich-quick scheme, therefore they never have money, right? So I'm taking all of my skillset and applying it also to the home service-based businesses. I'm still going to help wholesalers, but only if I believe they're going to be a good fit and they're going to take action. And they're already closing deals because I don't want to take on someone that I need to hold by their hand and help them overcome the limiting beliefs so they can scale the business. I would much rather spend my time making people more money quicker with people that have the ability to invest and take action. And kind of going back to what is the fulfillment that we are doing, it is still the same principles with Meta advertising, right? How do we create good ads that are going to bring us to our ideal clients and prospects? How can we convey that in the ad? And then what can we do on the backend of Facebook to ensure that they high quality leads? So that skill still stay the same. And then number 2 is, can we contact the person that wants our services or can they pay for our services? Now, when it comes to roofing, you can offer financing so they can remodel their whole roof for $50, $60 per month and they can finance that job. But the thing is that the customer's actually paying the roofer, therefore they can make the money. Way quicker. And then if you look into high ticket, it's like, okay, how much profit are you able to make per job? So when we're talking about roofers, they're making between $2,000, $3,000, $5,000 plus per job. So it's way easier for them to make a profit on the ad spend that they invest in order to acquire the leads, right? And in essence, we took everything that I have learned from scaling a wholesaling business where it's way harder because we're dealing with distressed sellers and we need to purchase properties at a discount. So we had to be very good with the sales process. So we are able plug all these same skills into the other businesses and help them grow much quicker. So all this to say is I think wholesaling is a stepping stone because I was a good wholesaler and then I became a marketer, but I think I'm a better marketer and my ability to help other people make money, it's a better skill than me just wholesaling all these houses and managing a big team. So that is what I want to focus on. And I only want to work with wholesalers or home service businesses that actually have the ability to pay and to invest into ads so that we can actually help them make more money. So if you're a current wholesaler who still wants to scale, I'll leave all of my links down below. And if you are kind of like relating to me where it comes to like, okay, all the things with wholesaling, hey, you may be better off switching those skills into another skill where you can actually control more of the fulfillment and make more money that way. But that is one of the updates I wanted to give you. We started helping other home service businesses. And helping them crush using our Meta Ads system.
