Finding Your Voice: Stop Trading Your Power for Belonging

In this hour‑long interview, host Fleur Choy talks with spiritual teacher and coach Michelle Coutinho about the journey women face when the life they have built no longer feels authentic. They explore how performance‑based spiritual cultures can trap women in a mask, and how reclaiming embodied power—through channeling, sacred sexuality, ritual, and shamanic practice—allows a woman to become a "channel of love" rather than a performer. Michelle shares personal stories of meeting Ram Dass, receiving a profound transmission, and navigating the paradox of belonging when one’s power draws both reverence and resistance. The conversation critiques patriarchal religious histories that have limited women’s spiritual authority, discusses the loneliness of the embodied mystic, and offers practical guidance for grounding, creating daily rituals, and building true sangha (spiritual community). They conclude with advice on how to honor one’s "fuck‑yes"—the embodied, embodied consent to live truthfully—without trading power for false belonging, and provide Michelle’s online contact information.

What happens when the life you worked so hard to build doesn't feel like yours anymore? For so many women, there comes a point where the mask stops working. The need to belong gets quieter, and your authentic self finally comes to the surface. In this conversation with Michelle Coutinho, we go into power, sexuality, spirituality, embodiment, And what it can cost to stop performing and actually live your truth. Because sometimes finding yourself means risking who you thought you had to be. Welcome to The Sex Mystic. Michelle, I'm very excited to talk with you. And we connected and we just like started to talk and I was like, okay, let's bring that back. What I see from you is so powerful and so needed today in the world is to be a woman anchored in our body, in our power, in our authenticity. You work with music, frequency, even channeling. Can I say channeling?
Yeah. A lot of teachers who are very popular, they share about using the voice itself, almost like the way that we're taught to do vocal exercises when we train, which makes sense. And it's the same actual way that I come to embodiment practice too, because I've been in very popular teachers' containers where they're teaching feminine embodiment. And I remember getting pissed off because— and it's no offense to like Super soft, flowery, feminine women. But there is a lot of—I mean, this really is a beautiful, broader teaching that's coming through about performance. And the difference between performance and sacred is: so when we are channeling, it is a bit of a performance. It's sacred theater and ritual, and all of that needs listening. An attunement and a quality of what I say in my work, which is become an instrument of healing, which means a few things. It means your ego, your agenda, your inner wanting to be seen a certain way has to be secondary to, or even just like far, far, far away to completely receive. Um, when I teach it, I teach it I teach a long program called Surrender, and at the very end I teach what it is to be a shamanic channel. And I feel like this is because whatever quality of my soul that is still a mystery to myself that I'm being initiated into on a daily basis, of having to have this authority, know that I'm an old soul, and then teach what it means to hold a space of energetic mastery. And it means that simultaneously, it means that you're integrated in both your masculine and your feminine. which is you receive from the energy of the environment, from spirit, whatever you want to call it, it doesn't even matter. You receive from the energy that surrounds you and you direct based on your intuitive sense of where that energy goes. This is how you work with— you listen first and you sing into what you feel and you transmit a frequency. And if you are congruent in all of your bodies, in your physical body, your energetic etheric, mental, emotional wisdom, higher self-consciousness. You will channel. It doesn't have to be your guides. It can be your higher self, the aspect of your soul that is eternal. And just from that, you transmit something that I feel is a quality of universal love that, that is threaded throughout all things. That is the force that brings 2 humans together, that creates a person and creation and And really also is that ecstasy of life that we can feel, like, in our— from our womb to our heart to our voice, and getting the mind out of the way so much. And I think that with the popularity of spiritual culture, mimicking it has become a thing more than, like, the depth of the sincerity of the service of it. And, um, I think that's what makes my work a little bit different than other people.
Mm-hmm. I love it. Like, you know, like this first coming from a place of service, right? So like the ego comes along, but the ego is not maybe driving the car. That's the way I see it, right? But really coming from this place of, uh, open heart. And so channeling from a different place. And when I say channeling, it's just being this channel of love, but you can be a channel for many things. And people feel it deeply, right? Beyond our understanding of what's going on when 2 people connect, there is a sense of— and maybe you can talk about it with Ram Dass or, you know, like those— Teacher that are kind of like known for their energy and and transmitting something beyond the teaching.
Bro, real talk Ramdas. Okay, like like I I got to meet that homie in 2012. I went to Maui. I had two different people who who got To who hooked me up with meetings, one was this guy named Sham Das. Sham Das was friends with Krishna Das and Ram Das, but you don't know who that guy is because he he was an OG with them, a part of that whole crew, and he went to India and just like hung out with. He was like a Krishna devotee, and he just kept it real, and he just like laid low, and he didn't get famous and whatever. And he came to do a kirtan in Orlando, and I was like 28 years old, and. I was like, I'm gonna go see Ram Dass and we're gonna swim together. We're gonna do this, whatever. And Shamdas was like, I'll call them right now, and like gave me the phone number of the people. But it was just like this rebel energy and it made me so happy. So I had two different meetings. One was the swimming thing. That was a circus and a chaos. We can go into that if you want. The second one, where I received a real transmission of what they call darshan. Bro, I basically cried in this man's presence. He's in a wheelchair. He's got a bunch of pictures of, you know, the gurus and all the things behind him. And because what my soul decided to do at the time, I didn't want to record it. I didn't want to like anything to interfere. I didn't want anything to, to like my brain to be like out of the present moment. So I have nothing but my memory. But what happened was I started just crying in his presence, and I— what my crying told me that it was about was the fact that the world is designed where there's suffering. Like, there's so much suffering in our journey in the world. It's somehow imperfect. And he has teachings about this, like, it's all perfect even though it's imperfect, blah blah blah. But I was like Oh, I can feel it now. And I feel like this sometimes. I feel like that's why I'm a bhakti yogi, actually, which is like— and maybe you relate with this, and maybe other people relate with this too— um, there is a longing and a sadness and a prayer that comes with separation that's so yearn. I yearn for union so much, and that's why I sing and I chant and I channel and I teach. Because those are the times that I feel like I'm plugged into the entire— or meditate, and that— or fuck. And it's like, you know what I mean? Like, or like get to have a really in-depth conversation with somebody soul to soul instead of mask to mask, you know? And, um, that's what transcendence is, and that's what— like, I love the world. So homeboy in the wheelchair Literally, I had one of those moments that maybe some of you guys have had in your spiritual awakening journeys where like the room itself fills with light and there's like, it's like everything gets blurry and there's like, it's like all of a sudden like white energy just kind of comes in the room and like your, your, your consciousness gets altered. And he was like making the silliest face because he was just like, he's really old at this time and bald and like just in a wheelchair and like very thin. And he's just like, like it's like shining. Like there's like energy from— you said open heart. Like he, he had that mantra at the end that used to annoy me back in the day in like my 20s and 30s when I would hear it. And it was like, I am loving awareness. I am loving awareness. I am loving awareness. And I was like, whatever. Um, cause it's so, ah, but then it's imagine like you are All things. You are awareness, and you are radiating love. I can't even do it right now. It's which is good because it means like it's like it's beyond our like again human ego personality. I could feel that I'm like more in my personality when I was speaking about the transmission of longing. I like could feel though I was like transmitting that longing. could feel it from me. When I'm speaking about this like heart frequency that like he radiated, I'm talking at it, you know, and there's a difference. And that's because those things are so precious, really, and they take quite attunement, and we have to be in the right state in order to like have that full, um, how do you say, like removal of the self to become the all that is. Oh, And I love it so much. And so I got to experience that.
I think there is a lot of wisdom that can be transmitted like that, beyond words, just feeling each other, the energies flowing, uh, for people that are more familiar with how the energy language works.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's definitely a language for sure.
And, and, you know, I feel now in this modern time, Especially as women, we are that. And what I mean by that, we are the mystic, the portal, the channel. It's wired inside of us very, very deeply in our cell, transmitted from generation. I mean, this stuff goes deep.
I love it.
The guru showed us that it was possible. They showed us the way, the spiritual leadership. Now it's about finding it inside of us and reclaiming our power.
Well, away from the freaking systems, the way that the patriarchal— yeah, because that with the church, like when the church took over, we only have recorded history for the last like 5,000, 10,000 years. So We don't know that there weren't other times where it was very different, but what we can say from recorded history is that we became agricultural, and then we started fighting over land, and then the Jesus hap— the Jesus happened. And then from that, the church was like, we're gonna have power on top of it. And then they were like, let's cut the women out of the books because Yahweh and Asherah was a thing. Before, and then they were like, no, never mind, we're not gonna give her power, and we're not gonna make women clergy, and we're not gonna do all these things. And then it became a very, like, homogeneous, like, you have to only look this way. And then it was like, only this— women are allowed to be sexual, but in only these formats. You can either be a prostitute or a stripper or a housewife or this or that, you know what I mean? The maid— what do they call that? Madonna-whore split? All those things, right? Yeah. Again, all church consciousness. Wild. We are wild beings, like women, like, and that was what I meant at the very beginning where I was talking about the way that a lot of teachers teach feminine embodiment is performance-based, based on that conditioning. And I am a fucking warrior queen. Like, there is like so much that like, I, I, you know, and some of it is from trauma because I've had some— But also in, in, in deep humility, because I'd work with past lives so much. I'm very aware. I have had multiple psychic readers tell me you were a wayshower and you had a role that not a lot of women had at the time. And that, like, even if, like, you look at me as a being, like, you're like, yeah, that tracks, you know what I mean? So I think You were like, you're like in charge of shit, even though that's not what happened. It was like they trusted your wisdom. You were in a position of authority. Like, this is how it is. And I think neutralizing, or neutering, to use not a feminine term, women into roles where we couldn't be like these Joan of Arc conquestors and still want to be ravaged and, and dommed. And like, how do you hold— that's the thing that I— it's been a challenge. I've met a few lovers who have been able to do it, but like, how do you hold a woman in her power and exalt her in her full authority and also take her so fully that your entire awareness wraps around her and you're just like, you, you've got her, you've claimed her so fully that your masculine can top and contain and not diminish her power? That is something that like nobody teaches. Nobody knows how to do. Like we need to teach everyone in the world how to do that. Exalt them and honor them and be amazed by them and like hold, let them feel held in their power.
Yeah. It's this devotional energy where you bring sacredness to the bedchamber.
Yes.
You bring the devotion, you bring the prayer, you listen to all of that, right? It can be so powerful for women to be fully seen. And there is wild woman in every woman. There is a—
True.
I want to say a good girl in every woman, right? And there is a bit of a... You know, between like, what is it to be you in all your glory, but also what is it to be loved and accepted and belong, right, to the tribe?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So there is like this aspect that, yeah, I would love to know what you think about that, you know, because there is this inner challenge That come up with, you know, those voices, those parts of ourselves that have different agenda, I guess, you know, and reconnecting to this wild woman.
It's hard because belonging is such a thing. It's almost a wound of mine I want to voice because when I was speaking about the discernment and the fierce love Because I have such a triggering, intense presence, I can get like— people can either be attracted to my power and that, or like want to manipulate me in some way, cast me out, all these things. So my particular path of belonging has been to have to navigate like to people like you. Who see my power and are like, let's fucking go. You know what I mean? Like, because it's really weird for me as a soul. So I'm just kind of like voicing my thing and then I'll talk about it on like a wider scale with my clients. But like personally, it's been so crazy for me as a soul to walk into a room and have certain people like nod their heads, like almost like they have— they're like, I see you. Like I'm bowing at you. You know, like it's almost like reverential, like where they're like, Hello, you know, and then other people like mean girl freak out, kind of like diva, like very immature ways of being. And so how do you belong when like you have like a completely opposite? And I know that as I speak this, I can feel it right now. Like, I'm not the only person this happens to. I'm not special. Like, there's a lot of people who, especially healers, who come into a space, or especially like erotically alive women, Because that's a thing that I've been since I was like 12 and 13 years old. I did not have an on-ramp phase. I did not have a learning curve when it came to like— I came in like fully connected to my sexuality. I was never promiscuous. I was always quite religious about it. I've had very few partners and yet have gone so deep with some of those partners that it's like, holy, it's been incredible, right? So I think that if you have a certain capacity, you will trigger others that haven't given themselves permission to have those capacities. Therefore, your sense of belonging is— what I got confused with that I didn't figure out until my late 30s was like, oh, I'm not being rejected from community because I'm awkward, or I am awkward, but because I'm awkward and I don't have power. But it's actually because I am powerful, and the diminishing stories that I have been told by authority figures or the cool kids or whatever it was was to take away my power. And that's a wound I'm still healing, obviously, with the question of belonging coming up and me blurting all of those things out. Now, here's the thing that I see in my clients, to talk about it in a more prescriptive way. A lot of people who didn't come in with the, like, I'm connected to all of these things and were more indoctrinated into their ancestral is a big piece of it, like their family lineage and the consciousness. So a lot, especially no offense, but like white women that I have served, who have like in America, like this puritanical kind of energetic lineage, there's a lot to unpack there, or religious trauma, like so many people who have come to me for counseling are have like Christianity and the different sects of that have been almost cult-like, you know. And I also know Jewish as well, that has— it's like fascinating. And in that, all of your primal energy gets completely disconnected from your being, which that's why they come to me as a coach, because I— that's something that I've always been gifted with. And also, I did per— I did musical theater, which it like— it does, it puts you in your body. And it's like, also, I'm just like that kind of— I'm an Italian Brazilian. I'm just like, ah, let me chew on the life. So that's just— I have a lot of Sagittarius. It is what it is. So how— so the people who have— and there's a lot of benefit from belonging that, like, I almost wish I could have, because when you're in a network, you understand hierarchy, you trade power with each other. I see a lot of successful women, especially in the coaching industry, that I've seen that they just like hype each other up and therefore have a lot of money and quote unquote power because it like looks like a thing. But then if you get in like a temple space, like a real actual ceremony with them, like it's very superficial and very flat. And so I think in order to like wrap this up around belonging, you have to decide what you're actually in service to. Are you in service to looking like you have a bunch of power and feeling kind of hollow? If you— or do you want like a visceral, lived, energetic, like, I may be alone on a mountaintop, but fuck, I live my truth kind of energy? And like, if you feel non-negotiable about like, hey, I might be outcast, but I have to do this. And the other thing I'll say from, from doing the Coaching work I've done for so many years. There is a point usually in someone's soul journey where the soul will bubble up like a volcano. There is a point in a woman's life, specifically women actually, where that mask, that like whole, I was, my allegiances were to all of these thoughts and now I can't live that way anymore. And if I go forward in any Kind of way, it will literally kill me. Your nervous system slash your soul slash some other creative life force that like wants you to break out of a shell almost of conditioning to like, no more will I serve the programs and the patterns that other people want for me, and I have to find my own voice. That's really what it, what it comes to.
Yes, absolutely. And it's definitely a journey and it might come like several times in your life. 100%. You know, like when I look back at my life, I had many moments of, let's call it moments of discomfort, like burnout, identity crisis, right? Like all of that is coming together. And it was really a way to tell me, whoa, whoa, whoa. You need to listen. And how in this modern society, we are praised for being in our heads, how the way we live, the way we love, all of that, it's coming like from unfortunately being quite disconnected from the body and how all of that has so many layers into Finding our voice, which can be literal, which can be like, you know, into toning, singing, and actually using it as a tool, but also the symbolic that there is there, the energy that we connect to. You were talking earlier about triggering people, you know, maybe it's a part of the sacred work that has to happen. And it's not always easy to trigger people. I mean, being triggered for sure is not easy, but triggering people, you know, this kind of mystical leadership, I don't know, how would you like to call it?
I was thinking leadership when you said that too. Yeah, it is leadership and it's You know what I mean? It's also of the body. It's like the way that you're in— like, I— it was a male, a younger male. It was a 28-year-old guy that I'm friends with who's amazing. And he got— he was like having a moment, and he said to me, the way that you show up so fully embodied is triggering me because I am seeing the ways that I'm not. Embodied. And I literally went over to his house. It was like the second time we hung out to like do music and show him my looper station. And like, so I was just like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm just like hanging out with him and he was just like, I feel like you're— he was like, I feel grumpy around the fact that you are so free. Yeah. And then I had to, like, let myself still trust this person, you know, and not— and, like, and I can see the way that I trigger him sometimes, and I can, like, feel it, you know, I can feel his— and I called him out on it once. I was like, you're judging me. But, like, our friendship still stayed and is there, but I can feel, like, you know, those things. And so, because as much as we talk about— and I'm sure everybody who is a facilitator in some Capacity feels this way. You're powerful, and you have superpowers, and you're an ancient yogi, and blah blah blah blah blah blah. You're also a human being, you know, and your desires for love and connection and sovereignty and feeling your place in the world—they don't go away just because you like have experienced certain levels of self-mastery or you have multiple lifetimes like sitting on a mountain meditating. It's like especially like that yearning in you, that yearning for God. We also have a yearning— like, that's the vertical axis yearning. That's like this ultimate desire. We also have a horizontal one where, like, we want to feel like we have a family of belonging. We want to feel that tribal, like, energy frequency. And, um, ironically, social media and our current political landscape and all the things that we thought were going to bring us together actually have, like, put us further apart and, like, made it harder. We have dating apps and all these things that you would think Would create connection that have done the opposite. So it's just, I think it's, it's, I think it's lonely for an embodied mystic on the planet. I hope that that's not ultimately true. I'm not, I don't want to cast a spell and be like, it is like that. But people I've talked to for, I have this friend, he doesn't call himself a shaman, but he is an ayahuasca facilitator. And I do mentorship with him sometimes. And he's Shipibo trained and, you know, did dietas alone for a year in Peru and And so I really respect his wisdom. And he talks about like, the path is lonely. You know, what, what you're saying is lonely. And so I'm, there's a yes to that, but I also wanna create a life where that's not the case. And that's how I've, that's how I've, uh, been able to do these navigational tools where it's just like, okay, just go to the people who are fuck yes. You know what I mean? And don't worry so much about the, the other parts. Um, and I think this translates to people who are really wanting to live an authentic life, cuz you can do the same parallel. With like entrepreneurship versus like corporate, right? Corporate is belonging. Like you're in a team, you're a part of a one thing, da da da. And there's nothing wrong with people who are in corporate. But like if you want to forge your own path, if you want to be a pioneer, if you want to be a wayshower, if you want to listen to the call of your soul and like boldly go where no man has gone before, that's Star Trek, right? Then Then what do we have to do? We have to do take a voyage, you know, and that's the same. It's like the Joseph Campbell hero's journey, right? You hear the call of your soul, and then you journey into the unknown, and you think you're going up a mountain. You're like, yes, I've heard the call. I am the shit. Rawr! And then and you end up falling down the mountain and being like, oh shit, I'm at the bottom. I'm at surrender, and then I have to. come back forward, but the way that I come through that transformation, I'm changed. And so like you go through an inner alchemy and, you know, I mean, we're born alone, we die alone. That's a whole truth. Yeah. So our journey is ultimately our own journey. And the great mystery is a little freaky when we think about it like that on an existential, existential basis.
Totally. And it's hard when we shift like that because probably the community that our old self was belonging, you feel you don't belong anymore. Absolutely. And so there is a lot of challenges that come with trying to look for your truth, like who you are beyond All the learning and the mask and those fake identity or sub-identities and how to live from this part of ourselves, right? This true part. And, you know, there is many compromise in this life that we get to do without knowing it. I realized that the grooming is real. The programming is real. And I see many women over 40 just connecting the dots all of a sudden and be like, oh my gosh, I worked so hard to create a life that is not for me. And I had so many achievements. I had so many what you would consider like success, feeling disconnected and empty and not even celebrating those, not really feeling it. from a place of like, oh yes, fulfillment, let's celebrate that. No, going and running after achievement, and at some point it gets so uncomfortable, the yearning come back, like the whisper of your soul come back, and you're like, oh my gosh, I cannot do it anymore. That's a real thing.
This is the volcano moment. And the thing about the Eastern philosophy and spirituality, there's an emptiness to any kind of tangible outcome on the material plane because the material plane is Maya, right? Nobody wants to hear that. This is also why, like, when we're talking about, like, outgrowing communities, um, I feel that way with the transformational festival culture, which I've been a part of since I was, like, in my late 20s, like, going to transformational And I love it, but it's a very superficial high. It's also exhausting because you go out and you're like, but then there's a lot of performance. There's a lot of show. There's a lot of like it's a scene. It's a scene, and there's a lot of scenes in life. Whether you're in the corporate scene or you're in the corporate Ramdas, my teacher talks about this as roles. You play all these roles. But the roles are not the true essence of your voice or your being or your actual, like, that, that witness consciousness that exists within you. The actual thing that if you're attuning and listening to it. And then the other irony that I haven't really figured out is like, how do you get both? You know what I mean? Like, how do you, how do you
tell us?
I know, right? Like, here, channel through me wisdom. Um, because There has to be a way, I feel, where you have enough solitude and you have enough inner life and you have enough intimacy, and you, and you have the right kind of intimacy with people who you really feel are soul tribe. They call that sangha, your spiritual community, like a real true spiritual community, not just people who happen to be around you because you live near each other, but like you found like your, your soul tribe, like in a really humble, beautiful way. Or you can figure out how to make— or you're so enlightened, which I do— I am not, obviously, um, that even every person around you— and this is what Ram Dass would point to— is God, is this, is this peace, right? It's so— it could be 2 ways. You find the people who feel like that, or you're in such a beautiful harmony inside yourself that your entire existence radiates outward as that, which Bless you if you can do that. I'm definitely not there. I have preferences still. I think that might be the answer. There's a piece of literature, it's the Third Chinese Patriarch of Zen, and Ram Dass teaches it, and it says the great way is not difficult for those who have no preferences. Meaning as soon as you choose this or that, you set heaven and earth infinitely apart, is the teaching. So if you can show up in your life in that very Buddha Zen koan way of like, Oh, we'll see. Maybe it's this, maybe it's that. I don't know, but all is well. That is very opposite also to like the tantric juicy, like, I am, I have desire, and I am like, I want them fulfilled, and I want to be met and seen and known, and I have yearning. And like, it's like almost the difference between Hinduism and Buddhism, actually. And then how do you have like a little bit of both and like have a symbiotic relationship with those inside yourself? And then deal with that in reality where it can be like you have enough space around you that everything that might be like challenging, it actually doesn't come into that inner landscape. And then you have enough equanimity inside yourself where you can call to you these things that are— you desire, but you don't attach to them like you're a hungry fiend of like needing it to define you. So I have to work on that. I just got a message because I don't do that at all.
There is really an evolution into, you know, what is spirituality for each of us. It can be like really, I mean, the spectrum of it is huge, right?
Totally.
But if I see it like the evolution in my own life, you know, I started very disconnected, right? Very disconnected, almost wanting to go into transcendence, you know, looking for liberation. having all this discomfort in life and having the nudge to escape it because—
Sure.
I didn't know better. It was my first line of defense, let's say. Just like, drop it, you know? To come kind of like full circle and seeing it as the experience, the spiritual experience. And a few years ago when I was in Bali, like just watching Balinese people, in devotion to their spirituality, but never call it that way. And I was trying to know more, and it's just so deep and highly complicated. Like, it's a very complex cosmology and belief that are weaves together. But for me, it looked like harmony in the sense of like, yes, like there is the yes, some spiritual, energetic, subtle aspect of the self. There is the physical, concrete, human, messy life. And how can we bring more devotion in our own life, right? Yes. Like bringing that down there. And so that's why I, I really love, and for a long time I was like, no, you know, like I don't want to go into tantra because like there's, So much stuff that I don't fully align with.
Right.
But I love the left-hand path that's kind of like bringing sacredness into the mundane and has this, you know, my mind is like, yeah, it's a great mindset. It's a great way to see reality, to bring the aspect of the self into real life. And I could have a full-on ritual with my coffee in the morning and make it so special that it will be some healing time for me. That's so cool. I mean, like, you can take it the way you want to, but the more I get into this mystical aspect of myself, the less I see separation. And I'm like, I need to be here. I need to live fully in all my senses and And all of that needs to be expressed and felt, which is a completely different situation than where I started. I wanted to transcend my reality.
Yeah, but you did though, in a way, by bringing the sacred home. Like, you did transcend reality. So it's the same thing, but a different door.
Absolutely. Absolutely. And I'm not— I used to fight a lot. I find myself fighting sometimes. It's my own— where are all the mountains? Sometimes it's fun. That's life. We're doing that to ourselves. But there is this clear aspect of evolution and, you know, what's been working for me 20 years ago have completely evolved and there is this sense of harmony and, and want to, to share that with people, right? That's why, like, you You know, technology might be a great tool to connect with like communities and peers that, you know, are on the same wavelengths.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And I also think when we age too, like when, like, because I'm not who I was when I was 20, there are some things that are similar, but my preferences have changed, my tastes have changed, my energetic body is different. And, you know, that continues and continues and continues. And so, yeah, that's the other thing is that our practices shapeshift. It's like a form of channeling. How does the voice itself want to move through you? How does your body itself want to move? And like listening to the animal wisdom.
I really connect to that. And I listen with my body. Like if I want to truly listen to, you know, is that interaction good? Should I go there? Should I do that? Like, what is my fuck yes and my fuck no, right?
So in order to get to your fuck yes and your fuck no, You have to be able to like be embodied, be embodied, so overused, but like anchor. I'll use that word that you used, the perfect button to our conversation, because in the beginning of the conversation you said you're so anchored in your body, anchored in your authority. And I feel like this comes from grounding and being able to ground, feel yourself in your lower body comes from doing these rituals. That, like, get you actually anchored in your lower body. So even, like, do squats, work on your glutes, like, like, get into a tantric, beautiful rhythmic breath that you, like, weave all the way up from, like, your yoni, womb, heart, voice. Start to be more visceral with yourself, and then you'll feel like your body, like you said, will tell you. I'm not a yes to that, or under these conditions. Like I was talking about that person who wants to work with me, where I'm like, okay, you want to work with me, great. I might open that door if we meet these requirements. And then you learn how to navigate life in that way. And then what's the end result is that people are going to say, oh, you're a little triggering, or it's tough love. But for You'll feel like you are a fuck yes to your own intelligence, your own. Even if you're alone on a mountaintop, you'll feel like hell fuck yes! I'm living my truth, and I'm not negotiating my power for belonging. I'm not prostituting myself. I'm not. I'm not giving anything away for a sense of false security because actually, like what I'm really. Honoring is like my wisdom and that's all internal.
Whoa. Well, we are gonna wrap it up, but like it channeled from the divine. Tell the listener where they can find you.
My Instagram slash everything online is Michelle Infinity. And then my website is my real name, michellecotinho.com. I have a free gift for people. It is a 30-minute intro Discovery call with me to see if somebody wants one-on-one work. That is like the most baller way to work with me. I feel like that's the most juicy, like if you want to change your life. And I don't mean to intimidate people, and it's probably not the best sales pitch, but there's a quality of maturation to it. We have to really feel that like we really want to be in commitment with each other and serve because I feel like the work that I do is sacred. So that's very holy and precious, and I like feel. like I serve the person's soul 1,000% and bring them from where they are, clearing karma, baggage, and then move them into the next level of their maturity, wisdom, spiritual authority, et cetera.
Thank you so much, Michelle. You take care.
Thank you everyone. Bye.
Bye-bye.
