Don't ask me, talk to your clients!

Stop asking friends what they think of your product. Talk to your actual customers and prospects instead. Only they can tell you if your pricing, packaging, and positioning work, and those conversations often lead to sales.

Good morning! Here I am sitting in my car again. I've, um, just signed up a new client and I'm about to go in and, uh, get started with them, which is really exciting. Um, I've been thinking about what to talk to you about today and Lots of people, because I'm a sales guru and I'm just, you know, um, lots of people approach me and say, what should I do about this? And what should I do about that? And what about my pricing? And what are people going to buy? And here's the thing, um, whatever we think people are going to buy isn't necessarily right. The only person, uh, or group of people who can tell you whether you're you've packaged things correctly, priced them correctly, whether you're talking about the right value points that will help them buy, how they feel about using the product or service, whatever it is that's going on. The most important people are your customers or potential customers. So if you have some questions about what are people going to say yes to and how can I help them and what's the best way to price things and what value do I really add, all of those sort of questions, I really, really encourage you not to ask your mother. I mean, you can, but, um, or your partner or your daughter or, or your best friend or me, um, unless I'm in your target market. I want you to go out and talk to potential clients. So if you already have some customers, fantastic. Go and talk to them, but also go and talk to the people who haven't bought from you because you really need to understand what they're feeling, how you're going to help them, and you never know. One of the great things about going to talk to potential clients is that they might actually say yes and that they want to buy from you. So get out there and be inquisitive. And ask lots of questions and talk to your clients. Give them some lovin'. All right, um, me and my beautiful lipstick are heading off to my new client now to give my client some lovin'. Bye! Bye!
