Hi, welcome to 2016. I hope you had a great time over Christmas and New Year with your family and did some things that you wanted to do. I took the time— I've got 2 young kids, so I didn't have a lot of time to myself, but the time I did have to myself, I did a lot of— spent a lot of time reviewing, And just looking at what's been going on in my business and setting some plans for 2016. And I'm so excited about 2016 because I know that in order for me to grow, that I need to help others grow and thrive in this world that we live in, which is really, really exciting for me. So the first initiative that I have for 2016 in line with that thought Project Mars I put together because I thought, what's the one thing— or the 3 things actually— but what's the one project that I can put together that will really, really help people understand what great selling is and how they can do it successfully no matter who they are? And I came up with Project Mars. Mars stands for mindset, so thinking the right way about sales and selling. Because when you think the right way, then you speak confidently and you're not worried that you're going to upset someone or annoy them. So thinking and feeling the right way about sales is essential. The next bit is activity. What are the things you have to do? So many times I speak to people and I'm coaching people, and the problem that they're having is they're getting disappointed with the results. But then just not putting the numbers in. And that's often because they don't know what the numbers should be. Well, let me help you with that. I can let you know what numbers you need to be doing in calls and talking to people to get the results that you want this year. And then lastly, the R is for review. Once you've thought about it, got your mindset right, done some activity, it's time to sit and review. How did you go? What went well? Where did you suck? And how can we fix all of that? So we do a review and then we use that review to reframe what we're doing and get out there and do some more activity. So I'd love you to join me for Project Mars. That would be fantastic so that I can work with you personally on your mindset, your activity, and get the results that you want for 2016. So join me for Project Mars. It's only available in January, and I really look forward to working with you. Have great fun and get out there and love some sales. Bye! Bye!
