Listen to Louise and how she went from paralyzed to comfortable and confident with selling.

Louise was paralyzed by sales before taking Frances Pratt's 8-week KISS to Sell course. The video lessons, booklet, coaching calls, and accountability gave her a clear roadmap and language for talking to prospects. Now she guides clients through a predictable process without hesitation.

Hello, beautiful Facebook land. It's Fran and the beautiful Louise here.
Hi.
Hi. So just as a bit of an introduction, the lovely Louise was in my one of my my first group to go through my Kiss to Sell sales course in teaching women in business how to sell on purpose and. This is her first Facebook Live, so you need to be really nice to her. And I said, no, you'll be fine. Hi, Georgina, how are you? And she's very nicely— thank you, Louise— agreed to come on board and tell people what it's like to work with yours truly to overcome some of your fears around sales and selling and go through the program. Isn't that right?
That's right. That's right. Absolutely.
Thank you, Louise. And so we need to be nice to her because she's nervous.
Okay.
I do this all the time, but I just forget that other people don't. So, so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to ask Louise a few questions. So Louise, thank you for doing the course with me. It was awesome.
Thank you.
But I want to know, you know, when you first started or before you started, how did you feel if I said to you, right, you've got to Get some new clients and make some sales. How did you feel about sales?
Paralyzed, actually. Absolutely paralyzed. I would procrastinate and put things off, and I had no direction. I didn't really know the path that I needed to take to go from the beginning to the end. So, right. Yeah.
That makes sense. And so when you thought about working with yours truly, What made it okay? Because, I mean, it's a fearful thing, isn't it? So what was the thing that you thought, oh, I'm sure Fran can help me?
Yeah, I think because I had already seen you in action, so I knew that you used words from everybody's industry to be able to give us the words to say. So I knew that you'd be able to give me the words that I needed to be able to get over those scary bumps.
Okay, great. And so when you think about doing the 8 weeks, as well as it being awesome and amazing—
It was awesome and amazing, absolutely.
What was— is there a standout thing for you?
I think the combined— we get a video, we get a booklet, we get a live chat with Fran, and I think those combined meant that we had all the tools that we needed to move to the next step. So I think with only one or the other, you're left to your own devices. There's no accountability. So I think that the accountability is what really helps.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that makes sense. And so I also challenged you during the 8 weeks nicely.
Yes, you did nicely.
So what, what are the— what's the trickiest thing or the thing that you're most proud of overcoming, do you think?
Oh, um, being able to actually have a roadmap that I can follow for each, each time I get a contact or a client.
Yep.
I now have a map that I can follow that guides me through. So all the procrastinating and the, um, the scariness is gone because I know now what to do next. Yeah, that's awesome.
So, and You know, I think the great thing about the roadmap is it's an awesome tool for you.
Absolutely.
But it also is great for the client because they know what's next as well.
Exactly. Yes. I feel like the clients that I have since come in contact with are up to date with what I'm going to do, what I'm going to do now, what I'm going to do next. And they feel comfortable and I feel in control. Great. Yeah.
So, oh, hi, Emma. Thanks for dropping by. So just to sum up, you know, if you were to talk to a friend of yours about doing KISS to Sell, you know, the How to Sell on Purpose, how would you describe it to them, do you think?
Essential, first.
You can't live without it.
No, I don't think that you can. For example, I was talking to a friend of mine and she said, You know, what are the benefits of going to Fran? And I said that just being able to get past that awkwardness of not knowing the words to say means that you can have that roadmap to follow and you don't stumble over your words as much as you did.
Great.
And yeah.
Beautiful.
Yeah.
And, you know, the other thing that I'm most proud of Louise for I'm gonna embarrass her now.
Oh no.
Is one of the things that I've really enjoyed in Louise's journey is seeing her embrace her enthusiasm around Feng Shui and really then put that at the forefront of what she's doing, which has made her prouder and more interested in your own job. Does that make sense?
Yes, true. Yeah.
So, so there, yeah. I think that's what I'm most proud of with Louise. But I think that's it.
It's finding your— what resonates with you and being able to shine in that area and not being afraid of stepping out from your comfort zone.
Yeah.
And saying, well, this is who I am, this is what I want to do, and I can do this for you. So yeah.
Cool. So if anyone out there in Facebook land or in the real world for that matter, Um, would like to come and do the 8-week course like— oh, well done Louise, says Emma.
She rocks.
Um, would like to come and do the 8-week course with me, I'm running another one starting the middle of July and, um, I only take 8 people because I want it to be— I want to give value but I also want to Make sure that I'm giving every single person in that group the love like I've done for Louise.
Absolutely.
Because I love her, as I love everyone who comes in contact with me. Because I'm so proud of the steps that they make and the effort that they make to overcome their fears. Because even though I love sales and I'm a bit mad, I know that other people don't. So—
But you will after this. You'll appreciate it so So much more, and you'll find it comfortable rather than uncomfortable.
Beautiful. See, and you too could be confident on your first Facebook Live, just like the beautiful Louise. So over and out, Facebook world. Hope you have a great day, and thank you, Louise.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
Bye. Bye.
