So now we have knowledge and we are faced with a decision. Do we want to fully embrace and understand this so that we can get better at what we do, better at what we do through our organization? Or do we step back and say, you know what, this is kind of like crypto. I don't really see a use for it. But what happens if your 1, 2, 3 competitors say, you know what, I totally get this, I see the application, I'm jumping in and they are able to enhance their connectivity within their organization and connect the human beings to the organization, which then fosters greater productivity. And if they do that, what happens to the organization that says, let's just wait and see, you know, give me another couple of years, you know? And, and I think, I think the results have the potential to be scary if we don't adapt with what's going on. And even further, if our sector adapts and we don't, and it will be hard to play catch-up, or, or impossible. Yeah, could be.
