In this help‑desk walkthrough, co‑host Francis Wade guides attendees through every resource needed to maximise the Long‑Term Strategy Conference 2024. He begins at the main conference website (strategyconf.fwconsulting.com), showing how to locate speaker bios, posts, and the partnership with the Association of Professional Futurists. He then demonstrates the Help Desk page, which offers FAQs, an email address, a WhatsApp line, and quick tips for using the live‑event platform Airmeet. Wade explains the conference’s two‑track content model: a large library of pre‑recorded talks (26‑27 speakers, ~25 hours total) available on‑demand for 48 hours, and live sessions that occur only on the second day. He shows how the pre‑recorded videos are hosted on the Mighty Networks community “Dynamic Objectives,” describing the visitor vs. member experience, the tab layout (welcome, pre‑conference, Thursday content, Friday live presentations), and how to download or stream each presentation. He then walks through the live‑session side, detailing the Airmeet registration requirement, the Central Time (UTC‑5) schedule with example London conversion, and the format of the live day (talks, panels, lunch break, additional talks). The video closes with a thank‑you and encouragement to attend.

How can you make the most of this Long-Term Strategy Conference 2024? You don't want to waste a single moment. You don't want to miss out on anything important. But how can you get a quick overview of sort of where everything is and how to find all the opportunities for viewing videos and interacting live with different presenters and other people who are in the conference? If you're here to answer that question, my name is Francis Wade and I'm the co-host of the Long-Term Strategy Conference 2024. And the other co-host along with me is my partner and colleague Dale Pilgrim Wade. And we welcome you and I'm gonna share my screen and show you exactly all the different spaces that you can come through. You probably are familiar with strategyconf.fwconsulting.com, which is our main website. This is probably where you registered or perhaps you registered on LinkedIn, but I'll show you some of the key pages on here. It has links to our content descriptions or speakers. You can hover over a speaker, click, click on a speaker and go over to their bio, see what they're all about. Um, it has some posts that we've done to update you on what's happening, and you can also connect with our partner for this conference, the Association of Professional Futurists. So let's imagine that you have clicked on the help desk up here. Let me take you to that page. So the help desk is made up of some frequently asked questions, different ways to contact us through an email address and also through a WhatsApp help desk. Um, we give you some introductory tips on how to use Airmeet, which is our live platform. And this video will actually go here. So there's different ways to get assistance if you find yourself sort of a bit short of information or direction or questions. So let's talk first about the structure of the conference. Conference is made up of two kinds of content: pre-recorded content, which 26, 27 speakers have created, about 25 hours thereabouts of total content, and it's available for 48 hours downloadable on demand from anywhere in the world. And we also have live sessions, and the live sessions are only going to be on the second day. The downloadable content is available on both days, live sessions are available on the second day. And let me show you a little bit about the downloadables. If you were to click that button where it said Presenters Downloads, you'd come to this page which has all of the downloads and the descriptions of each of them. Kind of what's behind this graphic, you'll see a description of the— a little overview of the conversation, that discussion I had with each of these speakers. Each one ran for about 30 to 40 minutes or thereabouts. Okay, so where are these videos housed, you may ask? Where can I find them? Well, they're on our Mighty Networks platform, which is called Dynamic Objectives. And on this platform, you can either explore as a visitor, which means you don't join, or you can join in, which means you can interact with the content. You can interact with the speakers. You can do different things that give you a sense of, of who they are, um, who the other people are, and you can become someone who sort of gets known by them. So this will be open on Thursday, Thursday, just after midnight. And here on the left, you can see that there are different tabs for conference welcome, some pre-conference content, Thursday content, and Friday live presentations. So all the videos to be seen, the prerecorded videos are here on this space, in this space. Like I said, you can join or you can just watch anonymously, pretty much. Let's go and take a look at the live presentations. So coming, coming, you know, if you clicked here on the Friday content and then clicked on live presentations, you'd come to this, this piece of content. Click on the graphic. And here's what we have available for Friday. This is all Central Time, UCT -5, which is about, uh, 8:15 in the morning, is 2 o'clock London time. Um, and these are the sessions that are going to be offered live. So let's take a look at the platform that we use for live offerings, because that we use a different platform for that called Airmeet. And And there's a link to that platform in your email registration emails and also here in the community, Mighty Networks Dynamic Objectives community. So the Airmeet landing page looks something like this. You would register for this event, another registration. This one is required absolutely in order to get in to view the live interactions and the live content. Very quickly, consists of talks, panels, there's a lunch break, and then we do some more talks, another live panel, and then we close out the day. And that's about it. I'd like to thank you for registering, and I look forward to seeing you in the conference. Take care, all the best, bye now.
