What the heck is a fund? I've spent the last 10, 15, 20 years becoming an expert in real estate, and I've had tremendous amount of success. In fact, I have $500 million in real estate. People just like you that don't have the time, the energy, or really don't ever want to learn how to be a real estate investor. I put together a fund. Well, it is where I bring a group of people together and we invest together. But you rely on my expertise, my team, and everything that I've done in the credibility to go and find the right project.
