Pace recounts a frustrating exchange with real estate agent Casey over seller financing and a property showing. Casey's dismissive attitude and poor communication left Pace questioning the agent's professionalism and approach to the deal.
He was quite rude. Okay. Yeah, he just sounds like a. Hey, Casey, my name is Pace. I'm calling by the house on Twitter Street. My team sent it over an LOI with seller financing involved. Did you guys take a look at that? And is your seller interested in seller finance at all? Yeah, I've already responded to that. Okay. They're not interested. Okay, cool. So I've got a buyer from Alaska that I'm. I'm representing to find something. He's a restaurant owner, can't get a traditional mortgage. Could he get into the house and take a look at it this week? If so, would they be interested in seller finance or is it just a mute moot point? It's a moot point. They're not interested in seller financing, but I appreciate it. Okay, sounds good. Thanks, Casey. Did he reply to our LOI on that @ all? No, he didn't reply. Okay, cool. He was quite rude. Okay. Yeah, he just sounds like a. So there's some people, like, I just don't want to do business with at all for me if I'm going to do. There's so many agents. And then what did he do? He says, well, if you haven't seen the house, they're not interested. Okay, well, if he sees the house, is it a moot point? Yeah, it's a moot point. Got it. Okay, so you're just going to be a. You've seen all my other calls that are like, okay, well why? And they go, oh, well. And they're just willing to have a conversation. I just prefer like, if you're going to be a dude, I'll go make money with everybody else. And you will be one of those people I don't care about. When you're brand new, you don't have the luxury to do that.
